岗位职责（具体工作内容） 岗位职责 围绕出行业务中的人身安全风险场景（如行为异常、团伙犯案、账号异常、黑产对抗等），使用 SQL 和 Python 提取、清洗数据并搭建分析数据集。 对风险指标（如风险率、拦截率、误伤率、召回率）做拆解、归因和异动排查，输出有数据支撑的结论与策略建议。 评估风控策略和规则的上线效果，参与 A/B 实验或回溯验证，量化收益与误伤。 参与深度学习风控模型的建模探索：特征构造、模型训练、离线评估，并与现有规则/树模型基线做对比，输出"是否有增益、增益来自哪里、有什么…
