任职要求
1、人工智能或计算机专业，本科及以上学历，熟悉深度学习常用建模流程和方法，研究方向为强化学习、因果推断、智能决策优先 2、熟练掌握Python建模语言，熟练应用SQL进行数据开发和分析 3、优秀的分析和建模能力，对挑战性问题充满激情，善于思考和学习 4、实习期4个月起，每周实习不少于4天 5、2026/2027年毕业生优先录取 优先考虑 1、有风控、智能决策、广告等相关算法相关实习经验 2、在相关国际顶级会议上有论文发表或深入研究经历
工作职责
1. 系统化了解互联网金融业务体系，挖掘业务和策略痛点，产出算法解决方案并落地 2、参与智能决策算法的迭代和更新，端到端最优化用户offer给与，支持下一代智能体在信贷策略决策中的应用 3、利用强化学习（RL）、因果推断（uplift）等相关技术，面向用户全生命周期（LTV）的建模和探索
