For the Siemens Mobility China Digital Service team in Shanghai, we are looking for a Digital Product Manager to support the digital transformation of our clients in mobility sector, through our digital lighthouse projects. Why us? You will be joining a team of UX, Software Engineering and Data Science to create the next-generation digital platform in railway industry. The real-time big data platform on Railigent will play a critical role in everyday railway maintenance work and thus meaningfully important for public safety and people welfare. We are working closely with local Mobility technical experts to reshape the future of maintenance to reduce cost, improve efficient and improve quality and safety. Throughout the wide range of working scenarios, as a lighthouse project firstly in China region, the team provide the talent a wide variety of opportunities to get involved in and to be part of a global network of experts and professionals. What are your responsibilities? • You actively participate in shaping the Railigent and whole ecosystem of Siemens Mobility and contribute to the success of Railigent and the associated products throughout the entire product lifecycle (concept through end-of-life). • You manage the products, solutions and services with full responsibility for the results, including collecting and translating the customer and market requirements into digital product definition, evaluating value, prioritizing and defining product backlog, specifically writing epics and user stories which reflects customer and user needs to achieve competitive advantage and increase the value for the customer. • You coordinate and guide software development, UX and solution architects, review design and test case, draft product documentation to ensure the development team have a comprehensive understanding of backlog/PRD and ensure the success of the product in close collaboration with R&D. • You design to product quality and constantly collect & incorporate feedback from customers and other relevant stakeholders throughout the entire product lifecycle. • Co-create a seamless, agile-oriented implementation process from requirements to production across all engineering teams. What do you need to qualify for this job? • Master and above in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. • At least 3 years of professional experience on B2B digital application product management, understand product management frameworks. • Experience of agile development methodology and digital solution combing software and hardware. • Fundamental upstanding about web application, cloud, IoT solution and data-to-value process flow. • Experience with UI Prototyping design tool as Axure, Figma, Modao. etc. • Strong logical thinking and ability to illustrate complex feature. • Sophisticated skills in design thinking and lean startup. • Fluency in English International exposure and strong communication skills. • Plus: around 2 years of experience as software engineer or data scientist. • Plus: proven experience in digital offering design in railway maintenance or manufacturing industry.

As the IT System Product Manager and Business Partner in Tesla, you need to take the full responsibility of product design and implementation which includes the business department engagement, IT system design, development management and the global IT team coordinating. This position requires a strong understanding of business processes, operations, and required documentation on production planning, shift management, production order execution, routing management, quality control as well as the product cost calculation. Excellent interpersonal communication skills is a mandatory. You should be an analytical and agile problem solver who can work with many stakeholders to drive cross-functional teams to a common goal.
