1. Experience Requirements
• 8+ years in AI algorithm R&D, AI product management, or industrial software. Priority given to customers with proven track records in manufacturing (discrete/process manufacturing) deployments, or those who have led AI products through the full lifecycle.
• Proficient in at least one programming language; familiar with mainstream AI frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch). Strong foundation in ML/DL theory (e.g., CV/NLP/predictive maintenance algorithms) and practical knowledge of applying LLMs in industrial settings. Adept at statistical methods and data analysis tools.
• Deep understanding of discrete (e.g., automotive, electronics) or process (e.g., chemicals, energy) manufacturing—core pain points, digital transformation needs, and the ability to translate technical jargon into customer-perceptible business value.
2. Skills & Traits
• Exceptional strategic thinking and business acumen. Strong results-driven mindset with a knack for crafting actionable plans to drive goals forward efficiently.
• Proven ability to motivate teams, unlock potential, and build high-performing tech squads through goal-setting, coaching, and incentives.
