任职要求
Ensure implementation of User Engagement policies and guidelines by collecting and analyzing end user requirements and defining corresponding IT requirements and constraints, thus ensuring efficient and effective use of IT services resulting in overall customer satisfaction and user productivity improvements. 
通过收集和分析最终用户需求，并确定相应的IT要求和限制条件，确保用户参与政策和指南的实施，从而确保IT服务的高效和有效使用，最终提高整体客户满意度和用户的生产效率。 
1. Be responsible for company ERP system (e.g. SAP ECC/ S4 HANA D2O module, MOM, PLM (Team Center experience will be plus), OMS and so on) design/deployment, maintenance, and upgrade, support relevant process improvement. 
负责公司ERP/MES系统（如SAP、MOM、PLM、OMS等）的设计/部署、维护和升级，支持相关流程改进。 
2. Be responsible for Data domain of manufacture / Engineering and utilize SAP master data/ MES data to design overarching operational/ Finance management report, then optimize the comprehensive picture and consistent overview of master data, data flows, interfaces among IT applications. 
负责生产及工程主数据，并能利用主数据、数据流和IT应用程序之间接口的全面视图和一致性概览及管理层管理报告,分析数据提出优化建议。 
3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance & user supporting for all the company IT Application systems, including network, server, CCTV and other IT related hardware. 
负责公司各个IT系统的日常维护和用户支持，确保系统安全稳定运行。包含网络，服务器，CCTV和其他IT相关硬件的日常维护。
