Ensure implementation of User Engagement policies and guidelines by collecting and analyzing end user requirements and defining corresponding IT requirements and constraints, thus ensuring efficient and effective use of IT services resulting in overall customer satisfaction and user productivity improvements. 通过收集和分析最终用户需求,并确定相应的IT要求和限制条件,确保用户参与政策和指南的实施,从而确保IT服务的高效和有效使用,最终提高整体客户满意度和用户的生产效率。 1. Be responsible for company ERP system (e.g. SAP ECC/ S4 HANA D2O module, MOM, PLM (Team Center experience will be plus), OMS and so on) design/deployment, maintenance, and upgrade, support relevant process improvement. 负责公司ERP/MES系统(如SAP、MOM、PLM、OMS等)的设计/部署、维护和升级,支持相关流程改进。 2. Be responsible for Data domain of manufacture / Engineering and utilize SAP master data/ MES data to design overarching operational/ Finance management report, then optimize the comprehensive picture and consistent overview of master data, data flows, interfaces among IT applications. 负责生产及工程主数据,并能利用主数据、数据流和IT应用程序之间接口的全面视图和一致性概览及管理层管理报告,分析数据提出优化建议。 3. Be responsible for the daily maintenance & user supporting for all the company IT Application systems, including network, server, CCTV and other IT related hardware. 负责公司各个IT系统的日常维护和用户支持,确保系统安全稳定运行。包含网络,服务器,CCTV和其他IT相关硬件的日常维护。 4. Be responsible for the regular checking and monitor to ensure the IT systems running in a stable status, prepare the related documents such as user manual, flow chart. 负责常规化系统维护及定期巡检、监控,保证系统的稳定,编写整理技术运维相关的文档、手册、流程等。 5. Reconcile and agree business specific IT budget and manage company IT assets. 协调并确定业务特定的IT预算,管理公司IT资产。 6. Information Security Ambassador (ISA) 信息安全大使(ISA): • Strictly comply with and implement the responsibility and obligation of IS (Information Security) as Information Security Ambassador (ISA). 作为信息安全大使,严格遵守和履行信息安全(IS)的职责和义务。 • Ensure to comply with national, local laws and regulations, Siemens and other related requirements. 确保遵守国家、地方法律法规、西门子及其他相关要求。 • Support and consult the SMRE departments and users to comply with information security policy and regulation. 支持和咨询SMRE部门和用户遵守信息安全政策和规定。 • Act as “extended arms and ears” of the regional Cybersecurity Officer & country ISA, combining InfoSec expertise and SMRE-internal knowledge about processes and projects. 作为区域网络安全官员和国家ISA的得力助手,将信息安全专业知识与SMRE内部流程和项目知识相结合。 • Serve as an entry point and 1st level contact for Information Security within SMRE. 作为SMRE内部信息安全的入口点和一级联系人。 • Will be trained and guided by the regional Cybersecurity Officer. 接受区域网络安全官员的培训和指导。 7. The working experience is focusing on several fields/direction, depends on actual working arrangement 工作经验类型涵盖以下方向,具体要求取决于实际工作安排: - Management 管理方向: IT management, Project Management IT 管理,项目管理 - SAP ECC/S4 HANA 企业资源管理系统: At least 3-5 years working experience in SAP implementation, have the successful experience on ERP implementation independently, have the related experience on MES system. SAP ECC/ S4 HANA项目实施相关经验至少3-5年,有独立实施成功ERP项目经验, 有MES系统相关工作经验。 - Database and software 数据库及软件: have the development SQL or Snowflake background on related operation software and database, could independently complete the data collection, analysis and preparation from SAP. IT Infrastructure and Network Management Develop and implement localized IT solutions, ensuring maintenance and operations align with headquarters standards. Monitor office network quality using headquarters' tools, gather user feedback, and implement improvements. Track, manage, and inventory local IT infrastructure resources, resolve application issues, and ensure infrastructure integrity. Service Management and Coordination Manage onsite services including desktop operations, IT asset management, and maintenance of public IT services. Coordinate local service provider resources for rapid problem resolution and efficient use of personnel and equipment. Manage service SLAs, track performance, drive improvement projects, and ensure delivery quality. We are seeking an experienced IT Onsite Service Lead to manage our onsite IT service teams abroad. The candidate should have the capability to handle desktop operations, asset management, conference room operations, and other related tasks. This position will ensure that all IT systems and equipment in our offices are maintained in optimal condition and that any issues are swiftly and effectively resolved. Key Responsibilities: Manage onsite services at offices, including but not limited to desktop operations, IT asset services and management, and maintenance of public IT services. Manage service SLAs, track and measure performance status, drive improvement projects, and ensure delivery quality. Understand the needs of onsite services through employee interviews ,ticket analysis, and continuously drive the improvement of IT service experience and product experience by optimizing and iterating service processes. Manage service providers and service team member including but not limited to workforce planning, recruitment, skills training, daily management, performance appraisal, and personnel development and replacement.
