You'll make an impact by The Infrastructure Vertical Segment manager is responsible for business development in defined markets of Infrastructure vertical segment. Area of responsibilities includes: • Identification and provision of Infrastructure markets, and customer requirements as well as competitive intelligence and market price. • Responsible to define, drive the process and review of analysis from Infrastructure vertical market insights, forecasting future market trends and incorporate them into • the EA China Vertical Strategy and EA China business strategy • Identify market demands include white spots in portfolio and propose suggestions for further management approval. • Execution of EA vertical strategy in line with HQ and local vertical action plans, develop EA China Vertical & Application business in defined vertical and key accounts. • Define G2M strategy / models for specific customer or China regions within assigned vertical markets • In charge of Leads management, Opportunity management, business excellence & operation (incl. BU pipeline management & analysis, performance management, • Sales enablement, BTA/forecast in defined scope, Win/loss analysis, etc), in defined verticals and key accounts. • Key Account development and management • Cross region and business segments coordination • Local vertical competence development • Drive BU customer engagement in line with sales that foster strong relationship with customers and focused on customer retention and strategic partnerships. • Acting as BU representative in region to ensure vertical business growth in collaboration with Regional BD team and SI China sales team. • Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams and implement governance frameworks for compliance in business development activities. • Develop reporting mechanisms for performance tracking and promote best-practice sharing to enhance business development effectiveness and productivity. • Support market promotion activities • Lead and manage team, ensuring role clarify, provide coaching, direction, and performance management in line with business targets and fostering a high- • performance culture • Ensure team is positioned for success with high productivity and effectively • Ensure team competency development continuously.
As a Solutions Architect within Amazon Web Services (AWS), you will have the opportunity to help shape and deliver on a strategy to build mind share and broad use of Amazon’s utility services including container, modern application, networking, database and big data etc) within enterprise accounts. Your broad responsibilities will include: owning the technical engagement and ultimate success around specific implementation projects, and developing a deep expertise in the AWS technologies as well as broad know-how around how applications and services are constructed using the AWS platform.
