Job DescriptionThe Head of China Program is an executive role, effectively serving as the leader of ASML HMI’s business in China and a member of the ASML’s China management team. In this capacity, you will lead the full spectrum of operations and strategy, driving the achievement of ambitious business goals and shaping the future of ASML’s HMI division in China. This role requires an experienced leader who can articulate and reinforce ASML’s mission, values, and strategic direction, while providing management and direction across a dynamic, rapidly evolving market. Reporting directly to the Head of BL Applications, the Head of China Program will oversee Development & Engineering, Advanced Technology Development, Product Management, and Roadmap implementation. You will be accountable for market leadership in e-beam inspection and metrology — covering such key applications as electrical defect and physical defect inspection —spanning the entire installed base in China, new system deliveries, and the development of roadmap products tailored specifically for the China market. Customer engagement is absolutely essential for success in this role. You are expected to establish and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with HMI customers in China, actively engaging with them to understand needs, pain-points, and opportunities for innovation. Your ability to listen, connect, and collaborate will define the effectiveness and reputation of the China Program. Ant Group’s Global Compliance Policies is looking for an individual who will be part of a growing and dynamic team supporting, which overseas policies and implementation of various compliance functions, including but not limited to Sanctions, Export Controls, Antitrust, ABAC, Cross-Border Data Privacy, Prohibited and Restricted Product, and responses to government investigations. [This individual reports directly to the Group Head of Global Compliance Policies.]We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working Compliance Officer to join Ant Group's Global Compliance Policies team, responsible for Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance. This person will work closely with in-house commercial lawyers, risk management, other legal/compliance professionals, as well as business and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with strong subject matter expertise, interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrable ability to effectively and proactively engage and partner with the business in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Responsibilities: ● Owning the end-to-end Prohibited and Restricted Product compliance program and strategy, including the development of policies, standards, and other procedural or guidance materials. ● Providing day-to-day guidance for designing Prohibited and Restricted Product screening platforms and controls for Ant International’s services and all applicable Prohibited and Restricted Product related regulations. ● Planning, designing, developing and testing configurations for Prohibited and Restricted Product screening applications. ● Performing data analysis, designing business requirements, understanding emerging issues, performing estimation and verify implementation of new features and enhancements. ● Identifying, assessing, and advising on compliance risks and control enhancements to a variety of stakeholders and customers to mitigate risks related to Prohibited and Restricted Product. ● Providing advice to the businesses on an ongoing basis on new business initiatives, new products, and customer-related matters with respect to applicability of policies, resolution of potential red flags or other compliance escalations. ● Researching, analyzing and providing recommended remediation efforts on action plans for matters that present Prohibited and Restricted Product and/or reputational risk. ● Overseeing control assessments and supporting the completion of company-wide Prohibited and Restricted Product Risk Assessments. ● Staying current on key Prohibited and Restricted Product regulatory changes, key enforcement actions and related industry trends. ● Collaborating closely with the Compliance Operations team to operationalize the Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance program. ● Working closely with Legal to respond to any government inquiries relating to Prohibited and Restricted Product.
Responsibilities In this position, you will: 1. Be the subject matter expert in processes and systems used for various accounting processes. 2. Contributes to the review of business initiatives -Design process and suggest systems developments to support the success of business initiatives. -Be involved in Business Partnering with relevant stakeholders. -Create documentation of policies, manuals and SOPs for new initiatives. 3. Build trusting relationship and continuous interaction with internal stakeholders, as well as, BPO (if required) to ensure high quality delivery of service and maximum customer satisfaction. 4. Support the transition of new entities/ workflow to Finance BPO when there are new initiatives, process changes or transactional work remaining in local ventures, as well as, the overall governance framework for Finance BPO, including SLAs monitoring and issues resolution. 5. Continuously seek process improvement, greater productivity and efficiency in accounting processes, which might involve process re-design, including adoption of automation tools, and resolve potential control issues. 6. In this position you will: Be responsible for the accounting related matters for the Singapore entities within the Lazada Group, focus mainly on cross border logistics and cross border business, and handle other business areas as required. Perform & review the accounting functions within Lazada Group including: Month-end closing, including reviewing accounting entries and accruals Review Balance sheet reconciliation schedules Prepare Balance sheet, profit and loss and reporting packages VAT reporting, withholding tax, transfer pricing and corporate tax reporting Intercompany reconciliation Month vs month analysis of balance sheet and P&L. Ensure local accounting standards application, issue identification and resolution. Work closely with the Shared Services and Outsource team. Work closely with finance business partners to understand the business and review reasonableness of financial statements. Involve and maintain reporting procedures to comply with internal control requirements. Review vendor aging to ensure existence of liabilities, long overdue are reviewed and followed up promptly. Monthly accruals for expenses that are not recorded via the procurement system. Review reporting packages before submission to Regional. Preparation of annual Statutory financial statements. Assist with audit request during annual financial statements audit. Perform continuous assessment of the close process and process re-engineering to reduce the timing to close the financial period. Subject matter expert for key systems, including suggesting improvement areas and documented the SOP. Understand business and process flows, and impact to financial statements. Participate in projects as required.
