Perform de-minimis calculations to identify products that are subject to the EAR. • Perform and record periodic export control spot checks, and work with the business to remediate issues identified. • Be a trusted advisor to the business and manage issues related to Export Control, collaborating with EX colleagues in HQ and Siemens China. • Drive continuous improvement around Export Control related topics through lean, optimized processes and effective controls.

Ant Group’s Global Compliance Policies is looking for an individual who will be part of a growing and dynamic team supporting, which overseas policies and implementation of various compliance functions, including but not limited to Sanctions, Export Controls, Antitrust, ABAC, Cross-Border Data Privacy, Prohibited and Restricted Product, and responses to government investigations. [This individual reports directly to the Group Head of Global Compliance Policies.]We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working Compliance Officer to join Ant Group's Global Compliance Policies team, responsible for Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance. Responsibilities: ● Owning the end-to-end Prohibited and Restricted Product compliance program and strategy, including the development of policies, standards, and other procedural or guidance materials. ● Providing day-to-day guidance for designing Prohibited and Restricted Product screening platforms and controls for Ant International’s services and all applicable Prohibited and Restricted Product related regulations. ● Planning, designing, developing and testing configurations for Prohibited and Restricted Product screening applications. ● Performing data analysis, designing business requirements, understanding emerging issues, performing estimation and verify implementation of new features and enhancements. ● Identifying, assessing, and advising on compliance risks and control enhancements to a variety of stakeholders and customers to mitigate risks related to Prohibited and Restricted Product. ● Providing advice to the businesses on an ongoing basis on new business initiatives, new products, and customer-related matters with respect to applicability of policies, resolution of potential red flags or other compliance escalations. ● Researching, analyzing and providing recommended remediation efforts on action plans for matters that present Prohibited and Restricted Product and/or reputational risk. ● Overseeing control assessments and supporting the completion of company-wide Prohibited and Restricted Product Risk Assessments. ● Staying current on key Prohibited and Restricted Product regulatory changes, key enforcement actions and related industry trends. ● Collaborating closely with the Compliance Operations team to operationalize the Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance program. ● Working closely with Legal to respond to any government inquiries relating to Prohibited and Restricted Product.

Job DescriptionThe Head of China Program is an executive role, effectively serving as the leader of ASML HMI’s business in China and a member of the ASML’s China management team. In this capacity, you will lead the full spectrum of operations and strategy, driving the achievement of ambitious business goals and shaping the future of ASML’s HMI division in China. This role requires an experienced leader who can articulate and reinforce ASML’s mission, values, and strategic direction, while providing management and direction across a dynamic, rapidly evolving market. Reporting directly to the Head of BL Applications, the Head of China Program will oversee Development & Engineering, Advanced Technology Development, Product Management, and Roadmap implementation. You will be accountable for market leadership in e-beam inspection and metrology — covering such key applications as electrical defect and physical defect inspection —spanning the entire installed base in China, new system deliveries, and the development of roadmap products tailored specifically for the China market. Customer engagement is absolutely essential for success in this role. You are expected to establish and sustain strong, trust-based relationships with HMI customers in China, actively engaging with them to understand needs, pain-points, and opportunities for innovation. Drive the development, deployment, and support of HMI e-beam inspection and metrology products Oversee products spanning the entire installed base in China, new system deliveries, and China-specific roadmap product developments. Oversee research, design, field support, sourcing, and repair/reuse activities to support business continuity and growth. Manage and empower direct reports, including HMI Beijing D&E and a China dedicated Product Team that includes PDM, Product Management, and System Engineering. Champion active customer engagement—building relationships, gathering feedback, and translating insight into product and support excellence. Collaborate closely with HMI Field staff (Sales, FAE, Apps, CS), D&E teams in Taiwan, the ASML China Customer Team to ensure seamless operations and unified strategic direction. Coordinate actively with other BL Applications functions and teams in China, such as MPC and Brion, seeking synergies and shared opportunities to amplify impact across all BL Applications activities. The Customs Manager is a member of the Customs Affairs team consisting currently of 8 customs professionals (located in NL, TW, KR, US). This position will be located in the Shanghai Head Office and will report to the Global Head of Customs Affairs located in Veldhoven. The Customs Manager will be responsible for all customs related topics and projects from a strategical and tactical point of view for Asia with a focus specifically for China and other markets going forward. He or she will closely work together with the colleagues from the customs operations teams (part of supply chain) as well as local management and other stakeholders.
