Job Description
The Mobility Export Control team is a global team providing support to the Mobility business and ensuring adherence to the applicable export control regulations and sanctions. This position will report to the Head of Export Control for Mobility, in Germany, and have an in-country manager in China. The SMO Export Control Business Partner in China will support the business in China and Hong Kong. The responsibilities of this position will include, but not be limited to, the following:
• Implementing export control policies and procedures 
• Assessing new developments and changes in export control regulations, evaluating potential impacts on the business, and coordinating compliance with relevant Export Control regulations
• Providing mentoring and training to Mobility colleagues, including Export Control Associates
