For our System BA team, we are looking for a Commercial Officer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by • Make bidding documents - bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations and integrated bid documents. • Make Offers - ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure company procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled. • Business Negotiation - Proficient in business negotiation skills, flexible to deal with various negotiation situations, able to withstand pressure to ensure the realization of the company's goals. • Sign the Contract - Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer. • Order Handover - summarize contract elements and approval reports, handover to project commercial controllers, support creation of SAP production orders. • Fulfill the Contract - fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service. • Data Statistics - Collects information on orders and quoted contracts in the area of responsibility, as well as a summary of contract fulfillment. • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

You’ll make an impact by 1.     Contract and frame agreement preparation & negotiation 2.     Implement SAP bookings & data maintenance, ensure timely and correct order intake and revenue recognition in compliance with the company's guidelines and rules. 3.     Ensures efficient and compliant O2C process including order placing, lead time management, delivery and billing, logistics coordination and commercial risk management within defined responsible scope 4.     Cash management through timely payment booking & effective business assets management. 5.     Understands customers' needs and priorities, improves customer satisfaction within appropriate framework 6.     Promotes E business and fulfills OM Excellence KPI 7.     Other related tasks assigned by superior

● Sit at the intersection of risk management and commercial innovation, working closely with the business teams and other risk function teams including but not limited to legal, compliance, AML and privacy, to provide solid regulatory analysis and strategic advice to management. ● Work with regional compliance colleagues on applications for various money lending and financing licenses for corporate/SME customers in key markets of the world. ● Serving as point of contact with key business stakeholders, while also work with internal and external teams in driving regulatory and risk analysis for new/revised business initiatives.

You'll make an impact by • Driving digitalization and AI in DI Finance areas. • Taking the role of project leader for new topics on digitalization development in DI Finance. • Coordinating and supporting the DI Finance community to implement lean and digitalization initiatives (e.g., Qlik BI Report, Mendix APP, and other automation and digital tools to improve finance work efficiency and productivity). • Developing the DI Finance community by organizing learning sessions, sharing knowledge, and experience within the community. • Coordinating DI productivity topics, e.g., PUMA. • Handling other finance and controlling topics assigned by management.
