Overview
-DI CN sales trusted partner, supports sales to sustainably achieve business growth targets,
ensures integrity of books and records, with financial excellence, compliance, resilient and
efficient order to cash process, high customer satisfaction, and continuously drive people
excellence, growth mindset, process optimization with digital optimization in his/her
responsible area.
Main responsibilities
-Completes a number of processes and activities for administrative tasks, supporting
and assuring a correct closing process with clean books and records. Ensures efficient
and compliant O2C process including order placing, lead time management, delivery
and billing, logistics coordination, asset (UBC/AR overdue) management and
commercial risk management within defined responsible scope.
-Supports administration of proposals and sales orders. Prepares bid documents,
negotiates normal commercial T&C with customers to win business opportunities and
ensure Siemens' interests within defined responsible scope.
-Controls credit limits for customers, assures timely credit collection and negotiates
payment plans.
-Supports legal procedures
-Participates the SU digital transformation (e.g. AI, BI tools) to support productivity
improvement.

You’ll make an impact by • Make bidding documents - bid, negotiate, calculate, evaluate the commercial terms, list commercial deviations and integrated bid documents. • Make Offers - ensure the offers in the provision of conditions of sale and checking of calculations. Ensure the completeness of the offer. Ensure company procedures, compliance rules and other legal requirements are fulfilled. • Business Negotiation - Proficient in business negotiation skills, flexible to deal with various negotiation situations, able to withstand pressure to ensure the realization of the company's goals. • Sign the Contract - Prepare Order confirmations and Order processing documentation, checking contractual conditions, and schedules. Sign the contract with customer. • Order Handover - summarize contract elements and approval reports, handover to project commercial controllers, support creation of SAP production orders. • Fulfill the Contract - fulfill contractual requirements in form of provision of guarantees, after sales service. • Data Statistics - Collects information on orders and quoted contracts in the area of responsibility, as well as a summary of contract fulfillment. • Perform other tasks / responsibilities assigned by the line manager.

1.Act as the safety officer for drone delivery missions. 2.Strictly adhere to drone operation regulations and all related procedural requirements. 3.Monitor drone delivery tasks in the assigned area in real time. 4.Take remote control of drones when necessary and ensure safe handling. 5.In emergency situations, coordinate and direct on-site teams to assist in the takeover process. 6.Optimize operational workflows to improve efficiency and enhance the safety capabilities of on-site teams.
Ant Group’s Global Compliance Policies is looking for an individual who will be part of a growing and dynamic team supporting, which overseas policies and implementation of various compliance functions, including but not limited to Sanctions, Export Controls, Antitrust, ABAC, Cross-Border Data Privacy, Prohibited and Restricted Product, and responses to government investigations. [This individual reports directly to the Group Head of Global Compliance Policies.]We are looking to hire a detail-oriented, hard-working Compliance Officer to join Ant Group's Global Compliance Policies team, responsible for Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance. This person will work closely with in-house commercial lawyers, risk management, other legal/compliance professionals, as well as business and operations teams. The ideal candidate will be a confident self-starter with strong subject matter expertise, interpersonal and organizational skills, and demonstrable ability to effectively and proactively engage and partner with the business in a fast-paced and engaging environment. Responsibilities: ● Owning the end-to-end Prohibited and Restricted Product compliance program and strategy, including the development of policies, standards, and other procedural or guidance materials. ● Providing day-to-day guidance for designing Prohibited and Restricted Product screening platforms and controls for Ant International’s services and all applicable Prohibited and Restricted Product related regulations. ● Planning, designing, developing and testing configurations for Prohibited and Restricted Product screening applications. ● Performing data analysis, designing business requirements, understanding emerging issues, performing estimation and verify implementation of new features and enhancements. ● Identifying, assessing, and advising on compliance risks and control enhancements to a variety of stakeholders and customers to mitigate risks related to Prohibited and Restricted Product. ● Providing advice to the businesses on an ongoing basis on new business initiatives, new products, and customer-related matters with respect to applicability of policies, resolution of potential red flags or other compliance escalations. ● Researching, analyzing and providing recommended remediation efforts on action plans for matters that present Prohibited and Restricted Product and/or reputational risk. ● Overseeing control assessments and supporting the completion of company-wide Prohibited and Restricted Product Risk Assessments. ● Staying current on key Prohibited and Restricted Product regulatory changes, key enforcement actions and related industry trends. ● Collaborating closely with the Compliance Operations team to operationalize the Prohibited and Restricted Product Compliance program. ● Working closely with Legal to respond to any government inquiries relating to Prohibited and Restricted Product.
