• Represent the company towards government and customers to enhance corporate positioning and support the sustainable business growth;
• Build strong relationships with government and key stakeholders high-level executives, ensure in-depth understanding of their needs and sufficient messaging of Siemens’ value proposition;
• Coordinate and set up impactful dialogue for high-level executive interactions and key topics with important business interest with local government and key stakeholders;
• Acquire insights of key government initiatives and policies and drive regulatory advocacy for policy benefits and business growth;
• Engage and drive the cross-collaboration with business to promote tangible business results by leveraging local government/customer resources to enhance the Go / Hit-Rate;

Position Overview We are seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Esports Manager – Esports Ecosystem to play a pivotal role in supporting the development and sustainability of our global esports ecosystem. This individual will work closely with regional teams, event organizers, federations, pro organizations, and other partners to grow engagement, visibility, and infrastructure for our esports titles. This is a cross-functional, multi-title role based in Shenzhen for the first year, with the opportunity to relocate to an international market thereafter. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the esports landscape, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex, multicultural environments. Key Responsibilities Strategic Collaboration Support relationship-building efforts with international esports organizations, including major multi-sport and esports competitions (e.g., Asian Games, Olympic Esports Games, Esports World Cup). Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment on global esports goals and initiatives. Ecosystem Support & Advocacy Assist regional publishing and esports teams in engaging with governments and esports federations to foster ecosystem development. Provide guidance on best practices for grassroots and semi-professional development in local markets. Pro Team & Content Support Collaborate with professional esports organizations to co-create high-quality content and storytelling that resonates with global audiences. Facilitate joint promotional campaigns that create mutual value for Level Infinite and our partners. Business Opportunity Exploration Identify and evaluate emerging business opportunities related to esports partnerships, content licensing, event collaborations, and brand integrations. Provide insights on regional market dynamics and support the creation of sustainable ecosystem models. Cross-Title & Cross-Functional Collaboration Work across multiple titles published by Level Infinite, adapting strategies to fit the needs of different game genres and competitive formats. ● Explore and manage business development, including business planning, new project, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, different channel partners, small to medium merchants, build up local ecosystem and empower partners ● Based on market characteristics, develop business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment market teammates to achieve final goals ● Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully grab new business opportunities in different market segments; build and effectively manage a list of new merchants or segment market to drive business development in order to meet target ● Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key merchants/industry; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business

Responsible for expanding ecosystem partners and platform clients in cross-border industries, including but not limited to e-commerce platforms, expense control and reimbursement platforms, the sharing economy, human resources and payroll service providers, digital media and gaming, logistics, advertising and marketing platforms, as well as ultra-large overseas enterprise clients. 2. Identify customer needs, accurately match them with appropriate products and solutions, ensure timely delivery, and establish close, long-term relationships with mid-to-senior level clients and partners through the sales of products and solutions. 3 . Provide tailored comprehensive solutions for institutional, platform-type, and ultra-large overseas enterprise clients, covering wallet account, cross-border collections, foreign exchange, batch payments and settlements (accounts, wallets, VCC, etc.), and corporate business travel payments, to enhance customer loyalty. 4 . Research and analyze industry competitors and their solutions, identify differentiated advantages, provide timely feedback to internal relevant teams, and deliver more competitive and comprehensive solutions to clients.
