Job Requirements
1. Work with the IC or package designers by leveraging experience at Multiphysics.
2. Work closely with the customers to address their needs utilizing calibre 3Dstack/3Dthermal/3Dstress and other SiemensEDA products and services, such as DRC/LVS/xACT/PERC.
3. Deliver and conduct technical presentations, demo and training for tool promotion and tool usage expansion.
4. Provide evaluation, benchmark and support initial customer deployment. For example, setup calibre 3Dsolution flow based on customer’s requirement.
