Work with the IC or package designers by leveraging experience at Multiphysics. 2. Work closely with the customers to address their needs utilizing calibre 3Dstack/3Dthermal/3Dstress and other SiemensEDA products and services, such as DRC/LVS/xACT/PERC. 3. Deliver and conduct technical presentations, demo and training for tool promotion and tool usage expansion. 4. Provide evaluation, benchmark and support initial customer deployment. For example, setup calibre 3Dsolution flow based on customer’s requirement. 5. Knowledgeable to identify bottlenecks and work around, file improvement suggestions based on customers’ future needs. 6. Establish close relationship with customers to help facilitate achieving sales objectives and to provide ongoing services. 7. Communication with R&D with field technical needs based on business requirements Job Qualifications 1. MSEE or BS in EE background. 2. Introduction to the job Field Application Engineer, base in Beijing. Response for customer process use case support and device performance improvement. Role and responsibilities • Metrology Process Control for both metrology and process improvement including advanced metrology & automation development and data analysis within a holistic scope • Support critical apps escalations from local and drive VHV 3rd line to deliver support on time • Coordinate and introduce ASML new products to the customer and show on-product benefits • Business development support to identify improvement potentials of ASML products to benefit customer. • Engage with ASML D&E and customer R&D team to support NTP for the semiconductor technology solution roadmap definition • Support NTP/NPI project to develop application on new product • Document the structural issues or BKM and rollout to all sites • Be expert in 1 or more competence and help local team grow • Be able to on-call / shift work in customer environment.
