For our PT team, we are looking for a Product Care Engineer to help us drive GIS Business within Siemens and beyond. We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by • New products introduction from Germany to Wuxi factory, including switchgear or key components such as LBS, VI-BOX or Drive. • Specific design or solution development for key customers from different regions to support Siemens’ business development. • Manage all mass-produced products from technical perspective to improve our competitiveness from life-cycle management, cost optimization and quality improvement. • Technical support for internal and external customers, give solution proposals, technical evaluation of our products, etc. • Supplier chain resilience related tasks from HQ or SMVS sourcing committee. • Others assigned by line manager.

For our Project team, we are looking for a Project Engineer to help us drive Electrification & Automation Business within Siemens and beyond. You’ll make an impact by • Be responsible for project technical parts during proposal and execution phase • Lead and cooperate with related departments for bid/offer preparation • Determining bid/offer cost and creating the calculation with support of SYS-BA and sales • Preparing and completing of proposals as well as optimized solution for customers • Preparing and conducting technical clarification with customers in case of order • Internal project controlling (schedules, cost, quality, etc.) • Clarifying all detailed requirements with Order Engineer to assure a correct production. • Preparing and regularly updating project planning • Change management and risk management during project implementation. • Completing projects close out. • Completing other tasks assigned by the manager of department.

We are a highly motivated team and are excited to get to know you. You’ll make an impact by l   Be responsible for the epoxy parts introduction, including supplier audit, epoxy mold & process checking and confirming; samples releasing tests, result analysis    l   Teamwork with other departments in regards of the quality / manufacturing issue of epoxy parts. l   Maintain intensive communication with SWF epoxy team and experts to ensure the process is well implemented and the information sharing timely.  l   Be responsible for optimizing the existing epoxy parts such as design upgrading, upgrading or introducing new manufacturing methods, upgrading tools / processing, etc. l   Support Production line to solve the related technical / quality problems.
