任职要求
• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Majors in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or related fields are preferred.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in business operations, strategy, or operational excellence roles.
• At least 3 years of experience in a leadership/team management role.
• Proven experience in integrating product strategy with operational execution is highly preferred.
• Experience in the manufacturing sector is an advantage. Familiarity with ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, and 50001 standards is a plus.
• Experience working in large Multinational Corporations (MNCs) is preferred.
• Strategy consulting experience is a plus.

• Proven project management experience with the ability to lead large-scale, cross-functional projects.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI), professional presentation (PPT), and process mapping.
• Strong understanding of business operations, KPI management, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Exceptional strategic thinking, cross-functional communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Result-oriented with clear logical thinking; skilled at data-driven problem-solving and operational insights.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and cultural advocacy skills.
• Resilient and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
