We are building a new generation of products that bring generative AI into the physical world — blending intelligence, embodiment, and real-time interaction. As Director, Go-to-Market, you will drive the market strategy and commercial execution for Siemens' GenAI product portfolio, translating cutting-edge AI capabilities into customer value and revenue growth. 
This role requires strong strategic instincts, the ability to work closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Marketing teams, and a bias for execution. You will own the go-to-market motion end-to-end — from market positioning through customer acquisition and adoption. This is an opportunity to define how industrial enterprises discover, buy, and scale AI-powered solutions that transform their operations. 


Key Responsibilities 
• Define go-to-market vision, strategy, and execution roadmap for Siemens' GenAI product portfolio across global industrial markets 
• Translate complex AI capabilities into market-ready positioning, messaging, and value propositions tailored to industrial buyer personas
