15+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Application Engineering, Technical Account Management, or Solutions Architecture. Demonstrated leadership experience managing engineering teams in data center or GPU-focused environments. Deep understanding of AMD GPU architecture, ROCm software stack, and performance optimization strategies. Proven experience supporting large-scale deployments in Cloud or HPC settings. Familiarity with customer engagement workflows including onboarding, triage, and escalation. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across engineering, product, and executive teams. Experience in building, developing and growing highly performant engineering teams. ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field. LOCATION: Shanghai, China #LI-JG2
