As a Senior Project Manager (f/m/d) in SCM Pooling Direct’s Strategy & Transformation Team, you are the driving force behind PD's most critical strategic projects – with a strong sustainability focus. You own end-to-end delivery: from translating strategy into actionable plans to driving execution across businesses, regions, and expert functions. You challenge the status quo, combine agile methodologies with deep sustainability expertise, and turn strategic ambition into measurable impact for Siemens while further developing the Pooling Direct organization.
As part of our team, you will have 
• 2 to 3 days of mobile working per week as a global standard

• Strategic Responsibilities
• Lead and structure large-scale, sustainability-focused projects end-to-end, aligned with PD’s strategic priorities and North Star.
• Partner with senior management to identify, prioritize, and scope key initiatives and outcomes.
• Anticipate sustainability trends, challenge the status quo, and drive future-ready solutions.
• Translate strategy into actionable execution plans, ensuring alignment and seamless handover to Operations.
• Operational Responsibilities
• Enable project teams to maximize customer value and sustainability impact through agile practices, continuous learning, and data-driven decision-making.
• Govern project progress, risks, and escalations, ensuring proactive mitigation, transparency, and clear reporting to steering committees.
• Stakeholder Responsibilities
• Orchestrate cross-functional stakeholders (countries, businesses, expert functions) to align goals, co-create solutions, and optimize results.
• Influence decision-makers with clear storytelling and data-backed recommendations in senior forums.
• Act as the central interface for sustainability topics between Strategy & Transformation and Operations & Supplier Assurance, ensuring smooth execution and handover.
