Main Responsibilities 主要职责
•	Strictly supervise the daily operation of the outsourced group meal third-party service team in accordance with national food safety laws and regulations. Regularly inspect the whole process of canteen operations including ingredient purchasing, storage, processing, sample retention and disinfection, supervise food supply chain safety, eliminate potential food safety hazards, prevent food safety accidents, and ensure full compliance of canteen operation.
严格依据国家食品安全相关法律法规，全面监督外包团餐第三方服务团队的日常运营。常态化核查食堂食材采购、储存、加工、留样、消杀等全流程工作，监督食品供应链安全，排查食品安全隐患，杜绝食品安全事故，确保食堂运营完全符合合规标准；
•	Responsible for daily canteen expense statistics, employee dining expense allocation, monthly account checking and settlement, and accurately verify the bills of the third-party group meal service team. Formulate reasonable canteen cost control plans, dynamically optimize the cost structure, strictly control unreasonable expenses, and realize refined and reasonable canteen cost management on the premise of ensuring dining quality. 
负责公司食堂日常费用统计、员工就餐费用分摊、月度对账及结算工作，精准核对第三方团餐服务账单。制定合理的食堂成本管控方案，动态优化成本结构，严控不合理开支，在保障就餐品质的前提下实现食堂整体成本合理化、精细化管控；
•	Fully connect with employees' dining needs, collect feedback and suggestions on working meals, tastes and categories. Supervise and cooperate with the third-party group meal team to continuously iterate the dish system, regularly develop new dishes, specialty pastries and seasonal meals, enrich catering categories, continuously improve employees' dining satisfaction, and meet employees' growing catering needs.
深度对接员工就餐需求，收集员工对工作餐、菜品口味、品类的反馈与建议。督促、协同第三方团餐团队持续迭代菜品体系，定期研发新菜品、特色点心、时令餐品，丰富餐食品类，持续提升员工就餐满意度，贴合员工日益提升的餐饮需求；
