Position Summary
The Global Procurement Manager – China Hub serves as the strategic interface between the company and key A-level global and local suppliers in China. The role acts as the central coordination point between suppliers and internal stakeholders, including Procurement, Quality, Logistics, Manufacturing, R&D, and Business Units, responsible for developing and managing strategic supplier relationships, ensuring business performance across Cost, Quality, Delivery, and Innovation, and driving long-term supplier partnerships aligned with global business objectives.
The successful candidate demonstrates strong leadership, strategic thinking, and executive presence, with the ability to engage at eye level with supplier senior management and executives.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Supplier Management
•	Build and maintain strong partnerships with key and potential strategic suppliers in China.•	Lead regular business reviews and strategic discussions with supplier management.•	Identify opportunities to strengthen supplier collaboration and support business growth.
Commercial & Cost Management
•	Drive cost reduction and productivity improvement initiatives.
•	Lead commercial negotiations on pricing, investments, capacity, and contracts.
•	Improve cost transparency and identify savings opportunities.
