We are now looking for a R&D Project Leader to develop and deliver of the industry converter. The focus of the role will be on enabling effective project management, supporting the successful delivery of projects on time, under budget and fulfill product cost target.
  
 What are the responsibilities?
 1. Full responsible for carrying out all the project activities e.g. planning, implementing, and supervising campaigns, 
 a. Initiate the project from business verification, define the Scope, Time, Cost and Quality target of project.
 b. Plan the schedule, investment, budget, working package
 c. Drive the product to fulfill the product cost target via project cost, material cost and production cost, incl. investment and tooling cost.
 d. Drive the quality target through the DFMEA, DFM&DFT from design to production.
 e. Support the product delivery, customer request and complain, material stability.
 f. Manage the risks of project during the whole life cycle of product, identification, tracking and elimination.
