China CTO Office Electronics System Architect Mission The Electronics Centre of Excellence is driving the electronics transformation across the Energy Management business unit in China. In this context, we are seeking a candidate to work in the China CTO office and support 5 divisions in the Energy Management BU. This high-profile, technical role requires an Electronics system architect (with a focus on semiconductors and electronics ecosystems) who can: · Understand the local electronic market trends and build the right relationship with local suppliers/ecosystem partners. Understand the solutions and moves of our competitors. Question and optimize existing electronics architectures while demonstrating leadership. Collaborate with local manufacturers on component-level discussions for both Power Electronics and Processing (MCU/MPU) or Analogue Electronics domains. · Build the right technological actions plan and partnership with start-ups and universities Responsibilities & Skills As part of the global Electronics Centre of Excellence, you will be in charge of one technology (3 roles are opened: one on Power Electronics, one on Embedded Processing, one Analogue Electronics) focusing on China for China and you will ensure alignment with division needs. Key additions: Architecture Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to challenge and refine existing electronics architectures, balancing innovation with practicality. Mentor junior engineers from divisions or stakeholders on architectural best practices. Component Collaboration: Power Electronics Expert/Architect: Engage directly with local manufacturers to evaluate component performance, cost, and sustainability. Processor (MCU/MPU) Expert/Architect: Collaborate with suppliers to optimize hardware/software integration and address technical constraints. Global CoE and Local CoE team’s Collaboration: Define/update the strategy to deploy the technology you will be responsible for: Structure techno action plans/path for innovation on this technology locally Work with the Technology Standardization Management team and purchasing team to have an up-to-the-mark standard Drive a platforming approach for your domain to optimize solutions across the board

Job Title: League Solution Architect – Power & Energy Systems Secure Power – Data Center Systems is seeking a highly experienced technical professional to assume the role of League Solution Architect – Power & Energy Systems on a worldwide basis. The League Solution Architect is a League-level technical authority responsible for optimizing and positioning end-to-end power system solutions, combining 3-phase UPS and Energy Storage technologies, to maximize solution competitiveness and customer value. This role complements the Product Owner by focusing on solution architecture, system trade-offs, and customer-facing technical leadership, while Product Owners retain accountability for product strategy, backlog, delivery, and business performance. Responsibilities: Solution Architecture & Competitiveness Build and optimize end-to-end power system solutions combining 3-phase UPS and Energy Storage technologies (e.g. Li-ion, Ni-Zn, and future chemistries) Perform solution-level comparisons, covering: Cost structure, pricing logic, and total cost of ownership (TCO) Efficiency, footprint, scalability, and lifecycle performance Sustainability and environmental impact Risk, qualification status, and roadmap alignment Define and recommend best-fit solution architectures based on customer use cases, constraints, and workloads (including AI-driven profiles) Customer & Key Account Technical Support Act as the League-level technical reference for complex customer inquiries related to: UPS + Energy Storage compatibility System behavior under advanced workloads (e.g. AI load smoothing, transient response, cycling behavior, SOC management) Support key account bids and qualifications by: Performing solution-level specification compliance checks Identifying gaps, risks, and mitigation plans Supporting bidding teams with technically robust and differentiated solution positioning Participate in strategic customer engagements requiring deep system-level credibility Technical Communication & Enablement Own League-level technical communication, including: Solution white papers, technical notes, and reference architectures Internal guidance on system positioning, applicability, and limitations Ensure technical consistency and clarity across customer-facing and internal materials R&D Alignment & Technical Governance Serve as the technical interface between the League and R&D organizations Align and challenge R&D deliverables from a solution- and customer-outcome perspective, across UPS and Energy Storage roadmaps Identify system-level risks, dependencies, and misalignments early to reduce late-stage escalations Decision Support & Portfolio Enablement Provide fact-based technical input to: Solution and portfolio strategy discussions Bid / no-bid decisions Qualification, validation, and investment priorities across Energy Storage technologies Enable faster, higher-quality decisions by resolving solution-level technical questions at League level Location: Kolding, Demark/Shanghai, China/Bangalore, India
