Responsibilities：
1.Participate in the visual and interaction design work of TCL's full range of products. According to capabilities related to software-hardware integration and multi-modal interaction, explore and identify new directions in visual design.
2.Analyze and identify innovations of the industry, possess profound understanding and opinions on the current state and development of the professional field, and be able to integrate these insights into one's own business to achieve design breakthroughs and reach industry-leading standards.
3.Participate in the establishment of the company-level software product design language, and be responsible for exploration and the determination of visual effect. Output design philosophies and standards to guide the team in rapid collaboration and the development of a comprehensive design system.
4.Develop effective design processes and methodologies, reach consensus with the industry side, and promote the implementation of the design language in the business side, being accountable for the quality of its implem…
