s： 1.Bachelor's or Master's degree in design-related fields, with English proficiency as a working language. 2.Over 10 years of work experience, including more than 5 years of visual design experience in smart hardware system OS or Internet C-end products. Candidates should have participated in the development of company-level design languages with successful commercial applications in the market. (experience in AIGC visual applications, familiarity with digital experience innovation processes, and leading full-cycle visual creative work and implementation of solutions are a plus.) Familiarity with the design and R&D processes of smart hardware products, and unique insights and understanding of user experience, industry trends, and technological developments are preferred. 3.Proficiency in visual design software and creative interaction tools, mastery in design theory and skilled design techniques. Know motion design well and proficiency in software such as After Effects (AE) and Cinema 4D; adept at using AI-based drawing software like Midjourney and Stable Diffusion. 4.Forward-looking design vision and a robust professional methodology, being able to cooperate with the team and execute project effectively. 5.Strong ambition and outstanding learning ability, active thinking, enthusiasm for exploring new technologies and fields, and the ability to finish work under pressure.

Responsibilities： 1.Participate in the visual and interaction design work of TCL's full range of products. According to capabilities related to software-hardware integration and multi-modal interaction, explore and identify new directions in visual design. 2.Analyze and identify innovations of the industry, possess profound understanding and opinions on the current state and development of the professional field, and be able to integrate these insights into one's own business to achieve design breakthroughs and reach industry-leading standards. 3.Participate in the establishment of the company-level software product design language, and be responsible for exploration and the determination of visual effect. Output design philosophies and standards to guide the team in rapid collaboration and the development of a comprehensive design system. 4.Develop effective design processes and methodologies, reach consensus with the industry side, and promote the implementation of the design language in the business side, being accountable for the quality of its implementation. 5.Have certain insight and research ability in the application of emerging technologies in the field of visual design, and be able to transform them into tools for design breakthroughs. Possess knowledge in cutting-edge technologies such as AIGC, keep up with and understand the latest trends and application methods in the AIGC field, and lead the team to continuously innovate and break through. 6.Lead the interaction design, interface design, and other related work, ensuring that product functions and interfaces comply with user experience principles. Mentor junior and mid-level designers on the team, share design methodologies and project experiences, to promote the overall professional development of the team.
1. Develop, maintain, and implement the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) Program. 2. Manage submissions, regulatory inquiries, audits, and ensure strong working relationships with regulatory authorities in Malaysia, including coordinating on-site inspections as needed. 3. Provide sound advice, recommendations, and solutions to relevant stakeholders regarding AML regulatory issues for licensed institutions in Malaysia. 4. Support and guide senior management to ensure that AML/CFT, and sanctions risks are adequately identified, understood, and mitigated. 5. Help formulate, review, and maintain the compliance framework, policies, and procedures to ensure ongoing compliance with AML-related laws and regulations in Malaysia. 6. Conduct periodic internal compliance training sessions and compliance risk assessments.
As Head of AML Governance & Issue Management, you will design and lead the issue management and AML governance framework that consolidates identified issues, tracks remediation progress, and ensures prompt resolution. You’ll perform root-cause analysis on policy or control breakdowns, validate remediation plans, and escalate cross-entity conflicts as needed. Your role includes facilitating transparent governance processes and accurately documenting decisions – all in compliance with U.S. BSA-AML regulations. You will report on program health and guide senior leadership through trends, escalations, and root causes. Success requires strong analytical skills and deep compliance acumen in a highly regulated, fast-paced business environment. Main Responsibilities - Manage an issue management framework to capture and consolidate all AML issues across business lines, regulatory findings, audits, and internal reviews. - Track remediation plans end-to-end, ensuring timely execution and proper resolution of control gaps, process failures, or policy deviations. - Perform root-cause analysis for major issues to understand underlying deficiencies and assess adequacy of proposed corrective actions. - Report regularly to senior leadership, BSA Officer on trends, remediation status, and overall program health-providing timely insights on emerging risks and systemic vulnerabilities. - Design and maintain a robust AML governance framework to document decisions, committee outcomes, and process updates – ensuring compliance with US needs, BSA-AML laws and internal policy. Manage cross-entity escalations, remediation conflicts, and implement issues remedial actions – coordinating with cross-functional teams as needed. Ensure governance materials (committee packs, issue memos, remediation trackers) are prepared to a high standard and easily accessible for audit or regulatory inspection. Act as a subject matter expert on issue management and governance for internal audit, examiners, and leadership – supporting reviews and regulatory interactions.
