工作职责
1. 参与市场及内外部环境分析,协作制定公司服务业务发展方向、能力建设规划及关键举措; 2. 监控服务流程执行情况,识别问题并推动解决,确保服务规范高效运作; 3. 支持客户服务体系(售前/售中/售后)的建立与维护,参与客户满意度提升相关工作; 4. 协助协调内外部资源,及时沟通项目进展与问题,保障服务顺畅交付。
1、负责国际接送产线质量监控,不断完善指标全面性和准确性体系; 2、负责推进国际接送用户体验提升,质量问题分析及改善,不断提升服务质量; 3、运用分析工具,挖掘内部可提升用户体验环节点,能独立输出质量报告,并推进闭环; 4、与跨部门团队合作,从用户角度挖掘问题及协调改进,并推进落地;
