1、负责国际接送产线质量监控，不断完善指标全面性和准确性体系； 2、负责推进国际接送用户体验提升，质量问题分析及改善，不断提升服务质量； 3、运用分析工具，挖掘内部可提升用户体验环节点，能独立输出质量报告，并推进闭环； 4、与跨部门团队合作，从用户角度挖掘问题及协调改进，并推进落地；

1、负责开展整车PDI检查，对入库车辆做检测； 2、负责做好问题责任判定，快速协调问题处理； 3、负责对质损点联系和跨部门沟通并对返工后的质损二次确认； 4、负责质损的收集、汇总、上报，将TOP重点问题着重提交； 5、负责工作区域的质量和安全巡检； 6、按时完成领导交办的其他工作。
