任职要求
1、大学本科或以上学历,计算机相关专业,5年以上互联网后端系统架构设计经验; 2、有深厚的编程功底,精通Java/golang/c++的一种或多种语言,熟悉Java生态; 3、具备丰富的分布式系统设计经验,在微服务架构、服务治理、性能调优等领域有深入的实践经验; 4、熟悉互联网后台常见的数据库、缓存、消息队列等组件,包括但不限于MySQL、Redis、kafka、RocketMQ 等; 5、具备较好的Owner意识和业务Sense,能够与团队内外多种角色高效协作; 6、有IM、社交产品、消息等相关领域的研发经验优先;
工作职责
1、负责小红书基座大模型团队hi lab APP应用的后端技术研发和产品迭代; 2、从高可用、高性能、高并发、安全性等方面出发推进项目落地; 3、与客户端、产品、设计、测试等团队紧密合作,完成项目推进和功能交付;
