任职要求
1、5 年以上工作经验，至少 1 年 AI 项目实战经验，主导过 LLM 应用项目， 具备 1-2 个完整落地案例，具备 AI Agent / Code Copilot / Coding Agent / D2C / R2C 等方向经验优先； 2、熟悉基于 LangChain/LlamaIndex 的 Agent 开发，熟悉 RAG / mcp / a2a 应用； 3、熟悉大模型应用（GPT/Claude/LLaMA 等）的微调（LoRA/RLHF）、RAG 检索增强、Prompt 优化，熟悉多模态（文本/语音/视觉）交互设计与优化； 4、GitHub/Hugging Face 等平台的 AI 项目参与或代码贡献为加分项。
工作职责
1、聚焦小红书大前端领域的 AI Coding 探索，深度参与从需求分析到上线的全流程 AI 编码项目； 2、运用多 Agents 协同、Plan & Eexcute、ReAct 等技术，完成社区大前端工程页面级代码直出自动规划和执行，提升 AI First Commit 准确率； 3、通过 RAG 检索增强、MCPs、UI 还原对抗等手段，提升 AI 编码的准确度与实用性，推动小红书社区工程在 AI 技术赋能下的研发模式创新与效率突破。
