As a TD Module Engineer, you will be responsible for rapid deployment of innovative memory process technologies, drive development efforts prior to device ramp, define & execute effective actions to enable solutions required to hit key milestones & achieve the required performance within timelines. 1）Process develop and continue improve,Set up process requirement 2）Process window enlarge 3）New tool evaluation 4）Cycle time reduction and cost down 5）Maintain process stable
工作职责 1. 代表技术转移工艺部门对接TD UPD & Fab Module expert来进行TF/DIFF/ETCH/LITHO/WET/CMP工艺改善工作进度. 2. 针对TF/DIFF/ETCH/LITHO/WET/CMP区域出现的良率异常来提出工艺配方改善方案. 3. 新工艺测试项目维护和资源协调
1.薄膜研发产线维护和工艺优化，薄膜相关问题的分析和处理。 2. 优化薄膜工艺满足产品的MTS/EDR规格需求 3. 薄膜机台/材料工艺开发和评估 4. 机台/材料评估和引入
1、TF机台稳定性提高（uptime improve） 2、负责TF设备日常维护及保养 3、处理设备运行中的异常问题，并将问题彻底解决以降低异常率 4、对新机台，新材料和新零件做可行性评估，给出评估建议并执行 5、新机台装机 6、生产成本降低 7、培训新员工
