工作职责
通过提供数字化、智能化的解决方案协助解决半导体设计、研发、中试过程中的问题和挑战推动新研究院数字化工作落地,核心职能主要包括以下方面: 1.负责半导体研发、研发线生产系统建设,交付数字化方案支持研发线智能高效运营 ; 2.负责三维存储器以及其他半导体工艺图形图像分析算法模型开发和平台建设; 3. 负责支持三维存储器以及其他半导体产品的多物理场模拟仿真体系和平台建设,优化工艺设备材料研发 4.负责复杂研发工程问题的多目标优化分析,设计自动化决策支持工具 5.主导相关工业软件/大数据平台平台业务架构设计,实现模块化功能开发与性能调优 6. 推动 AI 场景落地,跟踪前沿算法(如深度学习、强化学习)
