1.本科及以上学历,微电子/物理/化学/化工/材料/机械等理工类相关专业
2.3年以上plating工艺经验,具备bumping电镀(Cu/Ni/SnAg)工厂生产线的工艺、制程、原物料等相关管理工…工作职责
1.负责palting工艺制程的管控,进行工艺路线验证和优化,完成良率提升以及产能提升 2.新制程的导入以及电镀新工艺的开发及导入,参数设置、工艺流程和缺陷标准的建立 3.负责物料cost down和2nd source导入 4.负责制程SOP、PFMEA、CP等相应文件的编写及修订
Quality方向: 1.质量管理体系构建与优化:负责Back End内部质量管控体系和流程优化,包括质量标准、SOP、检验规范等; 2.质量问题分析与闭环:主导后道生产中的质量异常(MRB/DRB)分析,组织跨部门(工艺/测试/生产)根因调查,制定纠正预防措施(CAPA)和闭环; 3.监控关键质量指标,定期输出质量月报,向管理层汇报改善进展; 4.参与新产品后道工艺验证(DVT/PVT阶段),制定质量风险管控计划,确保量产爬坡良率达标; Output方向: 1.生产输出目标管理:根据BEO后道月度/季度Output目标,拆解至各生产线(如FT/CP站别),监控每日达成率。主导WIP优化,减少Hold Lot,提升设备综合效率(OEE); 2.产能瓶颈分析与解决:识别影响Output的关键瓶颈站别(如测试机台、探针卡产能),联动设备/工艺团队实施改善。建立产能预警机制,提前协调资源(如人力/机台)应对交付风险; 3.跨部门协同交付:与Planning部门对齐需求,制定动态生产排程,确保量产准时交付。推动自动化在产能管理中的应用,减少人为干预; Planing方向: 工作职责 1.结合市场需求、产能、效益等因素,制定产品(含自制与代工品)短中期生产计划; 2.支持新品导入和量产准备计划(含自制与代工品); 3.计划相关(含自制与代工品)系统建制和整合; 4.量产周出货计划的编排、制定,跟进与实施安排,直至出货; 5.追踪实际生产状况(含自制与代工品),分析差距并制动追赶计划; 6.FAB生产拉通与日常运营对接; 7.跨厂区资源调度,实现资源共享,产出最大化.
1.运用薄膜区化学气相沉积设备、物理气相沉积设备、快速升温工艺设备、铜工艺设备相关知识与经验,进行问题分析,异常排除; 2.运营、安装、检验薄膜区各式装置,进行设备日常保养及维护管理工作; 3.定期监控产能利用率,收益率, E/T, FAB数据等。
1. 负责领导先进封装工艺部门日常运营及效益提升,涉及工艺包括Litho/Thinfilm/Etch/WET/Diffusion/plating等; 2. 熟悉Wafer on Wafer,Chip on Wafer,2.5D/3D堆叠相关工艺及原理,领导团队解决工艺异常,维护并优化工艺稳定性; 3. 领导团队进行新技术导入、工艺参数及操作规范的建立及维护、大量生产制程控制; 4. 依据工艺整合的需求,领导团队对工艺中存在的课题进行攻关,拓展工艺窗口,提升产品良率及性能; 5. 领导团队引入和评估新机台、新功能,并降低工艺成本。

Combine user data and activity data to uncover more innovative marketing scenarios and methods driven by data, thereby achieving sustainable business growth. 4. Efficiently collaborate with UED, product, and technology teams, playing a leading and decision-making role from project planning to launch. Work closely with the marketing team to build marketing strategies and interactions, jointly promoting the implementation of marketing strategies to enhance user engagement.
