1. 测试良率管理: 负责DRAM芯片/模组测试良率管理;进行良率异常分析,推进改善并追踪,实现良率提升。2. 异常材料分析处理: 进行异常材料分析处理,减少异常发生率,缩短处理TAT。3. 业务流程分析与降本增效: 进行业务流程分析优化,达成降本增效;保持品质警觉意识,推进品质防御。4. 跨部门项目推动与人才梯队建设: 与跨职能部门合作,推动项目达成预期目标;协助上级进行人才梯队建设,包括招聘、培训、绩效管理和员工发展。
1. 测试流程体系搭建: 主导电性能测试相关操作流程的系统建设与持续迭代;制定产品测试SOP并协同测试工程师推动生产部执行。2. 跨工艺协同改进: 拉通上下游工艺负责人,协同改进或开发新工艺;评估生产过程控制、劳动力、产品周期及质量等关键指标。3. 质量体系闭环: 识别质量管理体系要求中的改进机会与风险,推动FMEA的建立与维护,持续降低高SOD项目;输出8D质量报告并闭环质量事件。4. 制造绩效管理: 定义并执行制造KPI(包括效率与有效性指标);建立滞后与领先指标,监控业务表现;主持业务流程评审并推动持续改进。5. 良率与合规优化: 推动非产品/程序相关良率的提升;确保流程符合QMS要求,支持对应审核。
1.根据需求设计文档,制定测试计划,编写测试用例; 2.执行测试(包括:功能测试、集成测试、系统测试、性能测试等),提交缺陷并跟踪闭环; 3.支持UAT(用户验收测试),协助业务方完成验收; 4.参与需求评审、变更评审; 5.深入理解需求设计文档,从质量角度提出疑问或改进建议,识别需求模糊、冲突部分,推动需求澄清。
THE ROLE We are hiring test engineers for our Reliability and Test team. We are interested in candidates with all levels of experience, but will prioritize strong problem solvers and communicators that drive projects independently. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and implement test programs for electric vehicle powertrain technologies. • Interface with design, reliability, material scientists, quality, and service to identify failure modes and create design validation test plans. • Collaborate with test technicians as peers to achieve test objectives. • Design and fabricate test equipment for mechanical, thermal, and electrical systems. • Perform component, system, and vehicle validation by simulating realistic and accelerated dynamic and environmental conditions. • Identify and execute DOEs targeting new technologies or critical failures. • Investigate device failures to drive product development and test improvement. • Interface with and simulate complex vehicular systems to validate firmware/hardware interactions. • Create novel ways to apply skills learned in the test lab to benefit the company and our products.
THE ROLE: As a cell test engineer, you will join a core technology team tasked with developing cutting edge techniques for investigating the physical and chemical degradation mechanisms in all cell chemistries used in Tesla products. This engineer’s primary role will be to develop and execute targeted test plans that evaluate and qualify novel cell designs from Tesla’s cell vendors. The ideal candidate will exhibit outstanding attention to detail, possess strong organization skills, and be motivated to accelerate the world's transition to sustainable energy. RESPONSIBILITIES: Execution and maintenance of lithium ion cell performance tests using common cell cycling equipment, temperature/humidity chambers and recirculating chillers. Write test plans, propose design of experiments and summarize results in test reports. Use test data to optimize cell lifetime by specifying system level usage parameters such as charge algorithms, storage temperatures, cycle temperatures, etc. Coordinate cell level destructive physical analysis and other analytical techniques to analyze mechanisms of energy and power loss in cells. Be a member of a cross functional product development team to help determine the ideal cell chemistry and design for Tesla’s applications.
