任职要求
1. 本科及以上学历,理工类专业,化工、机械、物理、电机、自动化等相关专业;
2. 具有3年以上一线大厂半导体制造行业相关制程工作经验,对半导体制造品质基础知识,与品质体系有基础了解,了解DRB流程;
3.对于半导体制造生产工艺有一定的经验,了解各监控与质量控制体系;
4. 具有良好的跨团队沟通能力,具备管理多项专案追踪执行能力。
工作职责
1. 召开DRB会议,讨论impact 产品的风险,并根据对应的风险,制定出处置办法,追踪DRB改善措施的完成进度。 2.构建运营效率提升体系,协助各单位提升效率与质量; 3. 依据客观数据发现问题,设定目标拟定改善计划追踪解决问题,并实施长效管理; 4. 展现并鼓励团队合作,信任,以客户为导向,结果为导向。
1. 负责部门运营指标的监控和维护,保障生产效率和指标优化。 2. 制定人员培训计划,严格把控培训进度,提升团队专业能力。 3. CIM 系统开发和应用,参与EAP,MES,SPC等生产系统优化,提升生产数智化能力。 4. 跨部门沟通协调资源,保证业务顺利运营。
(1)通过策略目标制定实现路径,进行目标拆解以及过程监控,用有效的管理机制确保目标实现,推进销售策略落地和提升经营表现。 (2)销售相关项目内部拉通和闭环:对项目输出可行的优化建议,负责跟进和推动销售相关项目跨部门的拉通、执行及结果达成. (3)对数据监控和分析,搭建分析模型,挖掘经营变化趋势,为业务指标异常提供预警、监测和解读。能根据业务数据洞察业务问题,发现业务发展机会点,追踪业务进度并推动业务发展 (4)竞争策略分析及落地监督:负责从销售渠道、客户和市场,收集、整理、分析竞争者策略和行业情况,及时与相关销售协商并形成应对策略,协调其他部门落地并汇报结果及未来所需预案 (5)非竞争销售策略评估和建议方案:随时评估当期的非竞争方面的销售策略,指出风险、提出问题及建议方案,监督实施及闭环管理。 1. Strategic Goal Setting and Implementation: Formulate the path to achieve strategic objectives, break down goals, and monitor the process. Ensure the realization of goals with effective management mechanisms, promote the implementation of sales strategies, and enhance business performance. 2. Internal Coordination and Closure of Sales Projects: Provide feasible optimization suggestions for project outputs, and be responsible for following up and driving the coordination, execution, and achievement of cross-departmental sales projects. 3. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Build analytical models, uncover trends in business operations, provide early warnings, monitoring, and interpretation for abnormal business metrics. Insight into business issues based on data, identify opportunities for business development, track business progress, and drive business growth. 4. Competitive Strategy Analysis and Supervision: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing competitors' strategies and industry conditions from sales channels, customers, and the market. Timely consult with relevant sales parties to form countermeasures, coordinate with other departments for implementation, and report results and future contingency plans. 5. Assessment and Proposal of Non-competitive Sales Strategies: Continuously evaluate the current non-competitive aspects of sales strategies, identify risks, raise issues, and propose solutions. Supervise the implementation and closed-loop management.
1.负责统计过程控制(SPC)系统的维护和优化,确保生产过程的稳定性和产品质量的可控性; 2.设计和实施质量改进项目,提升质量系统的效率和效果,降低生产过程中的风险; 3.准备和参与客户的过程质量稽核,包括统计过程控制(SPC)、产品异常通知单(PAN)和材料或设备批准申请单(MSA)的审核; 4.设计和实施SPC培训计划,提升员工对统计过程控制的理解和应用能力。
