任职要求


(1)理工科硕士刚毕业至工作三年之内,统计学、数学、计算机、自控、电子工程等相关专业。
(2)具备敏锐的商业洞察力,逻辑清晰、结构化思维缜密,围绕目标推动落地拿到结果的能力,热衷于不断探索业务增长机会。能独立分析和处理问题,并有很好的前瞻性和全局观。
(3)具备扎实的数据分析、逻辑判断和整合表达能力,熟练应用但不限于EXCEL\Power BI\Python\SQ\PPT等工具。
(4)有责任心和敬业精神,自驱力强,韧性强,具备快速学习能力并追求卓越和长远发展,对自己不设限。
(5)具备一定技术基础,对存储芯片业务熟悉者优先。有销售策略,熟悉体系化的销售运营方法,理解各个销售环节者优先。
(6)高情商,具备出色的沟通能力及跨团队组织和协调能力,项目管理能力,团队合作精神,并能借助各方力量推动策略及流程等落地进展。

1.Individuals with a master's degree in science, technology, engineering, or mathematics (STEM) who are either recent graduates to within three years of graduation, in related fields such as statistics, mathematics, computer science, automatic control, or electronic engineering.
2.Business Acumen and Strategic Thinking: Possess keen business insight, clear logic, and meticulous structured thinking. Capable of driving results around objectives with a passion for continuously exploring business growth opportunities. Able to independently analyze and handle issues with good foresight and a holistic perspective.
3.Data Analysis and Communication Skills: Have a solid foundation in data analysis, logical judgment, and integrated expression abilities, proficient in tools such as but not limited to EXCEL, Power BI, Python, SQL, and PPT.
4.Responsibility and Professionalism: Demonstrate a sense of responsibility and dedication, with strong self-motivation and resilience. Capable of quick learning and committed to excellence and long-term development, without setting limits on oneself.
5.Technical Background and Industry Knowledge: A certain technical foundation is required, with preference for those familiar with the storage chip business. Preference will be given to those with sales strategy experience, familiar with systematic sales operations methods, and understanding of various sales segments.
6.Emotional Intelligence and Teamwork: High emotional intelligence, excellent communication skills, and the ability to organize and coordinate across teams, project management capabilities, and a team spirit that leverages various forces to drive the implementation of strategies and processes.

工作职责


(1)通过策略目标制定实现路径,进行目标拆解以及过程监控,用有效的管理机制确保目标实现,推进销售策略落地和提升经营表现。
(2)销售相关项目内部拉通和闭环:对项目输出可行的优化建议,负责跟进和推动销售相关项目跨部门的拉通、执行及结果达成. 
(3)对数据监控和分析,搭建分析模型,挖掘经营变化趋势,为业务指标异常提供预警、监测和解读。能根据业务数据洞察业务问题,发现业务发展机会点,追踪业务进度并推动业务发展
(4)竞争策略分析及落地监督:负责从销售渠道、客户和市场,收集、整理、分析竞争者策略和行业情况,及时与相关销售协商并形成应对策略,协调其他部门落地并汇报结果及未来所需预案
(5)非竞争销售策略评估和建议方案:随时评估当期的非竞争方面的销售策略,指出风险、提出问题及建议方案,监督实施及闭环管理。

1. Strategic Goal Setting and Implementation: Formulate the path to achieve strategic objectives, break down goals, and monitor the process. Ensure the realization of goals with effective management mechanisms, promote the implementation of sales strategies, and enhance business performance.
2. Internal Coordination and Closure of Sales Projects: Provide feasible optimization suggestions for project outputs, and be responsible for following up and driving the coordination, execution, and achievement of cross-departmental sales projects.
3. Data Monitoring and Analysis: Build analytical models, uncover trends in business operations, provide early warnings, monitoring, and interpretation for abnormal business metrics. Insight into business issues based on data, identify opportunities for business development, track business progress, and drive business growth.
4. Competitive Strategy Analysis and Supervision: Responsible for collecting, organizing, and analyzing competitors' strategies and industry conditions from sales channels, customers, and the market. Timely consult with relevant sales parties to form countermeasures, coordinate with other departments for implementation, and report results and future contingency plans.
5. Assessment and Proposal of Non-competitive Sales Strategies: Continuously evaluate the current non-competitive aspects of sales strategies, identify risks, raise issues, and propose solutions. Supervise the implementation and closed-loop management.
