1.建立/发展程序/控制计划,确保谈判过程/结果符合合规要求。 2.专业的供应商选择,谈判,配额分配,商业审查,合同通过标准的商业流程,以获得成本,供应,交货效益。 3.负责推动交付、成本结构、与主要供应商的合作伙伴关系的运营稳定。 4.根据明确的交货期信息,按时交付工具、备件和子系统等。收集和支持生产计划,遵循IE计划。 5.与终端用户一起工作,降低工具/备件/材料短缺的风险,并与跨组织利益相关者合作,推动行动以保持指定备件/材料的库存水平。 6.与工程团队合作进行设备二次开发,确保供应链安全。 7.与财务总监合作,确保信用证,付款和合同按时签署给供应商。 8.与物流,ESH和PA团队合作,确保货物运输无任何问题。

1. 负责行业与市场信息收集与监控,收集数据与最新信息并产出相应报告; 2. 负责完成日常游戏产品拆解分析,体验并拆解游戏产品,并产出相应报告; 3. 负责维护部分项目流程运转,承接部分项目公共需求。

工作内容 协助项目经理及制作人管理大型手游研发项目的日常管理与质量把控; 负责根据游戏产品质量目标有效进行跨部门、跨工作室沟通和协调; 负责梳理现有测试标准和存在的问题,并加以完善; 负责周期性向上级汇报项目状态及风险; 负责迭代优化项目质量管理流程,确保流程的有效执行,提升研发质量与效率。
Position: QM (Quality Manager) Department: DI PA CNP What are my responsibilities? · Product Quality Management: o Establish, implement and maintain the comprehensive product R&D quality management system with alignment with Headquarters (Siemens global R&D / PLM quality standard) o Lead the product and process audits to ensure compliance with standards/guidelines o Manage product/process change to ensure product quality o Conduct the failure analysis and risk assessment for the product. And implement preventive/corrective actions o Analysis and follow up to fast response to customer complaints on product quality · Project Quality Management: o Define the project quality plan based on the specific requirements of the project o Project specific process tailoring (if needed) together with project/product manager o Milestone Check: § Prepare and perform the milestone readiness check (Quality Gate) with project/product manager and the project core team § Signoff the quality related documents o Track/analysis on the project quality metrics/KPI and generate project quality report o Drive continuous improvement initiatives on project quality · Supplier Quality Management: o Qualify and evaluate the supplier quality performance o Conduct supplier audit and assessment on their quality system and process o Help supplier understand the Siemens Quality requirements and drive supplier quality development program o Monitor supplier delivery and quality metrics · Process Definition & Optimization: o Align with BU Headquarters to define/optimize the quality management process (including gate-stage, waterfall, agile etc.) which fits to the local product development. o Define the quality related process for both internal development products and ODM products o Define the templates, instructions and best practices for the documents to be used in the product lifecycle management process o Provide the process, quality awareness and EHS training to employees o Continuous optimization on the process to fit on the actual project/product situation and challenges · Compliance & Certification: o Coordinate the manufacturer audit and certificate (e.g. ISO, CNAS, TSG, CE/FM/CSA etc.) o Manage Product certification process (e.g. CCC, CE, CPA, NEPSI etc.) o Coordinate with Notified Body, metrology bureaus and international quality departments o Ensure the implementation of the components traceability system o Implement and maintain EHS management system compliant with regulations o Guide product development follows the Siemens sustainability requirements o Coordinate the EPD (Environmental Product Declaration) o Coordinate the EcoTech analysis/report · Configuration Management: o Define the configuration management guidelines for all product development assets (e.g. source code, drawings, design documents, project documents, certificates etc.) o Conduct audit to ensure the defined configuration management guideline is properly implemented
