Job Description: WeRide.ai Silicon Valley team is looking for an experienced and innovative lead for its growing metrics team to support the development and validation of both L3+ Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) and L4 Autonomous Driving (AD) Systems. The level depends on the candidate's experience and qualification. What you will do: Define the vision of the metrics team, how it would accelerate the ADAS/AV stack iteration and contribute to the success of the business Define metrics to measure overall ADAS and AD system performance, such as safety, reliability, efficiency. Develop data pipelines to automatically measure, monitor and report performance metrics Define metrics to measure sub-system performance for perception, prediction, planning and control subsystems. Use the metrics to measure, guide and accelerate subsystem development Lead the metrics team on detailed ML/AI model design, feature engineering, model development and experimentation, and pilot testing with iterative refinement Partner with Systems Engineering team, Product team, Simulation team and SW development teams on AV commercial launch readiness review, risk assessment and operation monitoring Build and lead the metrics team, foster a collaborative and innovative work environment …

1.Responsible for the upload and verification of all merchant information for the Keeta Brazil team, ensuring efficiency, completeness, and accuracy of data. 2.Build and manage a Keeta Brazil merchant onboarding team with strong local capabilities, and continuously improve team productivity. 3.Establish comprehensive internal and external collaboration workflows and supervision mechanisms, iterating processes to ensure the team serves the business accurately and efficiently. 4.Monitor and report on key onboarding metrics, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience. 5.Collaborate closely with sales, compliance, and product teams to streamline onboarding operations and address merchant needs. 6.Develop training materials and conduct onboarding training for new staff and merchants as needed.
As the KL Merchant Services Team Lead, you will be responsible for • achieving all KL Merchant Services KPIs (metrics include Satisfaction/Speed/Quality/Efficiency) • directly leading and delivering through the KL Team Leader from our outsourced service vendor • coaching and developing a team of agents to champion the needs of our global customers • collaborating cross-regionally/functionally to continuously optimise and evolve as a wider business • leading change projects and ongoing best practice initiatives • analyzing customer feedback, calls and complaints to identify process or training improvements. • leveraging AI and implementing strategies for maximizing first-contact resolution, reducing handle times and addressing root causes of issues
• Collaborate with team leads to set long term QA strategy and team structure to support players’ growing needs and team needs. • Manage the holistic QA workflow for a broad-reaching team • Manage & review QA-critical data shared across the project • Manage an outsourced tester team & their deliverables • Create & manage test work and test suites • Craft & set quality standards and uphold the Riot Quality Bar • Manage Vendor QA on one or more remote teams • Hire, retain and grow QA engineers • Identify risks, impact, probability, and plan mitigation • Manage QA, Vendor, testing services budget • Modernize QA processes and org improvements to enhance quality and efficiency
In charge of the user growth strategy in Brazil, including attracting new users, triggering their engagement and conversion, retaining them and encouraging repeat purchases. 1. Responsible for setting and achieving user growth targets, formulating and executing user growth strategies to achieve continuous growth in user numbers and activity levels through product operations and user operations. 2. Responsible for analyzing user behavior data to understand user needs and behaviors, providing user data analysis dashboard to keep track of key metrics and identify user growth opportunities, and formulating corresponding user growth plans. 3. Responsible for optimizing product functions and user experience, improving user retention and conversion rates, and promoting user growth. 4. Leading growth experiments like channel acquisition, viral strategies, and subsidy plans, and fine-tuning the cost of acquiring customers (CAC) and the lifetime value (LTV) of users through AB testing. 5. Working with the product and algorithm teams to continually improve our growth tools and enhance the efficiency of organic user growth.
