Well-versed in growth hacking techniques, with hands-on experience in new customer growth, traffic channel operations, virality strategies, and subsidy plans. 3. Proficient in data analysis tools and able to perform attribution analysis using data. 4. Highly attuned to user psychology, skilled at motivating behavior change through incentive design. 5. Goal-oriented, with a proven track record of overcoming growth bottlenecks from scratch.
工作职责
In charge of the user growth strategy in Brazil, including attracting new users, triggering their engagement and conversion, retaining them and encouraging repeat purchases. 1. Responsible for setting and achieving user growth targets, formulating and executing user growth strategies to achieve continuous growth in user numbers and activity levels through product operations and user operations. 2. Responsible for analyzing user behavior data to understand user needs and behaviors, providing user data analysis dashboard to keep track of key metrics and identify user growth opportunities, and formulating corresponding user growth plans. 3. Responsible for optimizing product functions and user experience, improving user retention and conversion rates, and promoting user growth. 4. Leading growth experiments like channel acquisition, viral strategies, and subsidy plans, and fine-tuning the cost of acquiring customers (CAC) and the lifetime value (LTV) of users through AB testing. 5. Working with the product and algorithm teams to continually improve our growth tools and enhance the efficiency of organic user growth.
Develop and lead the end-to-end user growth strategy for the Korean domestic market; Build and scale growth systems including user funnel analysis, paid and organic channel strategies (search, social, content, performance ads, in-app, etc.), and structured A/B testing; Drive lifecycle marketing initiatives to maximize user activation, retention, and LTV; Analyze user behavior data and translate insights into actionable strategies and product decisions; Collaborate closely with product, engineering, data, and operations teams to ensure growth initiatives are implemented effectively; Explore innovative growth approaches such as viral loops, referral programs, membership optimization, etc.; Build and manage a high-performing growth team with a culture of innovation and accountability.

Develop and execute a comprehensive user growth strategy aligned with the company’s business goals, focusing on acquiring high-quality users, boosting activation rates, increasing user retention, and optimizing monetization channels; 2. Own the user growth road-map: Prioritize features, experiments, and initiatives based on data insights, market trends, and user feedback. Iterate quickly on under performing efforts and double down on high-impact wins; 3. Drive data analysis and experimentation: Leverage user behavior data to identify growth opportunities, design A/B tests for on boarding flows, pricing models, and feature adoption, and measure the impact of every initiative. 4. Stay ahead of industry trends: Monitor competitors’ growth strategies, emerging technologies and best practices in user growth to keep our product ahead of the curve.

Team Leadership and Management: · Lead and manage the market analysis team, ensuring alignment with global business objectives. · Mentor, develop, and hire team members. · Coordinate with Regional BAs to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. 2. Regional Market Growth Strategy: · Collaborate with regional teams to design and implement sustainable growth strategies that align with global business objectives. · Analyze regional market trends and competitive landscapes to identify growth opportunities and potential challenges. · Provide strategic recommendations to enhance regional market presence and optimize resource allocation. 3. Strategic Data Analysis and Reporting: · Oversee the gathering, analysis, and interpretation of complex data sets, including market trends, supply chain resources, traffic and conversion, user behavior, user profiles, etc. · Develop comprehensive reports that provide actionable insights to support market growth strategies and enhance business processes. · Support overseas regional operation teams with ad-hoc data requests and projects, ensuring timely and accurate delivery. 4. Performance Monitoring and Improvement: · Routinely monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) and other metrics to ensure alignment with business goals. · Identify bottlenecks and inefficiencies within existing processes and propose improvements. · Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to streamline workflows between business analysts and cross-functional teams. 5. Stakeholder Communication and Collaboration: · Effectively communicate findings and strategic recommendations to regional market directors, managers, business analysts, and other stakeholders. · Foster strong relationships with HQ and regional teams to facilitate data sharing and feedback collection. 6. Training and Development: · Collaborate with the HQ BI team to design and conduct onboarding training for new regional business analysts. · Organize and host regular cross-regional business analysts' communication meetings to promote knowledge sharing and best practices. 7. Documentation and Process Management: · Maintain detailed documentation of analyses, reports, and process improvements. · Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
• Collect, clean, and maintain user data from various sources including marketing platforms, mobile app, web analytics etc. • Define and implement the BI strategy and roadmap, translating business requirements into scalable analytics solutions. • Be the expert in using data to measure and analyze business performance in each our markets and lines of business. • Collaborate with product managers, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to identify areas of opportunity for improving user growth and engagement. • Lead new data analytics capability rollouts and/or data-led initiatives throughout Arise Project. • Analyze user behavior data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can be used to improve user engagement, retention and acquisition. • Design market/business intelligence reports and performance measurement dashboards to share with senior management • Perform ad-hoc business analysis, to drill down on certain business challenges, providing conclusions and advice based on data analysis. • Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of user growth initiatives and make recommendations for optimization and improvement.
