We’re looking for a Sales Operations professional to support the operational rhythm and execution quality of our international sales organization. In this role, you’ll work closely with sales leadership and cross-functional teams to manage pipeline operations, opportunity flow, revenue forecasting, and performance analysis. This role plays a central role in maintaining clarity, fairness, and predictability across opportunity management and revenue operations, while supporting data-driven decision-making. 1. Manage end-to-end pipeline tracking and maintenance, ensuring accurate visibility into deal status and progression. 2. Coordinate and support opportunity intake and assignment, ensuring timely and consistent allocation aligned with defined rules and priorities. 3. Assist in revenue forecasting, including bookings, recognized revenue, and collection-related tracking. 4. Prepare regular reports and analyses on sales performance, revenue trends, and forecast accuracy. 5. Support revenue and collection statistics, reconciliation, and summary reporting in collaboration with finance and delivery teams. 6. Contribute to post-period reviews and retrospectives, identifying gaps between forecasted and actual results. 7. Provide data-driven insights to sales leadership to support planning, prioritization, and resource allocation. 8. Coordinate inputs across sales, finance, and delivery teams to support consistent reporting and execution cadence. 9. Help document and refine sales operations processes, including opportunity flow, reporting cadence, and review mechanisms.
1-Commercial Support: Assist in KA pricing simulations, contract negotiations, and monthly profitability analysis to ensure sales targets are met. 2-Data Reporting: Consolidate and analyze sales data to deliver actionable insights and business reports that improve operational efficiency. 3-Performance Monitoring: Deep dive into profit structures, order fluctuations, and market trends to identify issues and propose solutions. 4-Account Growth: Assist in crafting KA strategies to drive healthy growth, customer satisfaction, and long-term stickiness. 5-Operations & Compliance: Execute sales compliance workflows, including security deposit management and accounts receivable (A/R) collections. 6-Project Coordination: Facilitate cross-departmental resources to ensure the successful delivery of key sales projects. 7-Decision Support: Utilize data tools to extract core business issues and provide logical reports for management decision-making. 8-Improve Efficiency:Actively participate in team meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and help optimize existing workflows to enhance overall team efficiency. We are looking for candidates who are willing to complete an internship in China and prepared for long-term roles in Thailand, Philippines, Indonesia, Malaysia, or Vietnam upon successful conversion to full-time employment. This position is responsible for sales performance (Sell-out) of Gmarket's global commerce (reverse direct import) business, performing end-to-end operations from business strategy planning to product/promotion operations, and sales/profit & loss management based on collaboration with overseas platforms.
