工作职责:
1. 精排模型优化：负责搜索精排模型的迭代优化，提升点击率、转化率、观看时长等核心指标，优化用户搜索体验，驱动DAU增长
2. 搜索个性化建模：结合超长用户行为序列建模技术，深度挖掘用户兴趣演化和长期偏好，优化精排模型的个性化能力
3. 多模态内容理解：探索大模型在精排场景的应用，深入理解视频内容，提升语义理解、用户意图建模与内容表征能力（如Semantic ID等）
4. 精排特征体系建设：挖掘和构建精排场景下的特征体系，覆盖用户、内容、行为、上下文…登录查看完整工作描述
