工作职责
1.负责AI智能体架构设计工作，支持智能客户服务、智能语音电话等场景，持续为多渠道、质检、客服工作台等提供智能服务 2. 负责服务系统的架构设计和实现，包括但不限于智能客户服务、智能语音电话、邮件、工单等系统 3. 参与需求评审、分析设计、方案评估等工作 4. 参与系统改造、重点项目、技术难点的攻坚 5. 对业务流程提出优化建议，提高系统效率和可靠性。
