岗位概述 作为Data Agent技术专家，你将担任数据平台AI Agent方向的技术负责人，全面主导Data Agent系统的架构设计与产品化落地，推动数据资产的智能化复用。你以深厚的数据平台认知为基础，将LLM与数据基础设施深度整合，构建真正懂数据的智能体系统 工作职责 Agent架构设计与技术规划（50%） 主导Data Agent系统的整体架构设计，制定RAG、Tool Use、Multi-Agent Orchestration等核心技术的落地路线 把控技术选型与方案评审，确保Agent系统与数仓、元数据、数据目录等现有基础设施深度整合 规划Agent平台的工程化能力，包括Tool管理、权限控制、上下文管理、可观测性等基础设施建设 系统研发落地（30%） 独立完成Agent后端核心模块的设计与实现，具备完整的Hands-on能力 推动从技术原型到规模化应用的完整过程，确保系统在生产环境的高可用与可扩展 建立Agent效果评估体系，持续优化系统的准确性与…
