任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，计算机、人工智能、金融工程等相关专业优先2、有广告投放优化、智能营销、个性化推荐相关经验者优先3、具备扎实的算法基础和优秀的编程能力，熟悉 Linux 开发环境，掌握 Python/Go至少一门语言4、具备大规模数据处理和工程化能力，熟悉 Hive、Spark、Kafka、HBase 等大数据技术者优先5、优秀的逻辑思维能力和数据分析能力，有良好的算法、产品和业务sense6、有金融行业背景、用户增长相关项目经历者优先，在国际顶会有相关学术论文成果者优先
工作职责
1、负责流量增长算法，深度参与AIGC素材生成、用户价值预估、自动化投放、RTA&RTB、SEM&SEO、消息推送等核心算法研发，持续提升免付费流量渠道效率2、负责站内用户增长算法，包括不限于构建新人转化、防流失和流失召回等核心人群的潜客预测模型，联动搜推等核心流量场实现人群差异化策略，提升客户规模3、负责智能权益算法，利用因果推断、增益建模、运筹优化和在线学习等技术实现个性化权益决策，持续提升权益激励效率，提升重点人群规模和平台交易频次
