• At least 10 years of progressive experience in the games industry, with a proven track record of working across AAA, AA, indie, and/or mobile game developers • Experience in a sales or business development capacity working with the game developer community in the Greater China region • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, self starter capable of working at a high level in a team or on their own • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with a variety of positions and functions within and outside the organization • Intimate knowledge of the games community in the Greater China region • Strong connections in the games community • Experience negotiating with international organizations • Fluency in Mandarin and English

• Find new opportunities for the adoption of Unreal Games Solutions • Negotiate deals with developers, publishers, and platforms for their use of Unreal Dev Solutions • Own relationships with important partners, continually maximizing their use of, and benefit from our tools • Expertly represent the voices of game developers back to internal stakeholders, constantly improving Epic’s ability to offer game devs best-in-class solutions

- Business expansion and supply acquisition efforts in the US, familiar with trends in local markets and the supply source/ flow, especially in the sneaker/fashion industry. - Collaboration with cross functional departments on promotional and marketing activities - Conduct weekly data analysis on the sales and inventory of each category/ brand/ SKU's, forecast and optimize sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; - Daily business metrics monitoring and communication of vendors, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and driving vendors to achieve revenue growth; - Cultivate the growth of vendors through systematic methods such as products preparation/ platform understanding/ training, and maximize the capabilities of vendors - Target, plan, strategize supply acquisition based on buy side demand of brands and categories - Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Business Reviews to formulate strategy of the business - Sellers' daily order fulfillment performance follow-up and problem solving - Achieve targets as assigned
● Explore and manage business development, including business planning, new project, market development and operation, integrate resources to cooperate with key clients, different channel partners, small to medium merchants, build up local ecosystem and empower partners ● Based on market characteristics, develop business strategies, and decompose goals for all segment market teammates to achieve final goals ● Leverage key best practices to drive and successfully grab new business opportunities in different market segments; build and effectively manage a list of new merchants or segment market to drive business development in order to meet target ● Collaborate with internal resources and external network to prioritize and penetrate key merchants/industry; quickly build relationships with key stakeholders to drive business
1. Identify potential business deals, partnership opportunities within internet services sector; and negotiate key terms 2. Explore and implement creative deals with potential partners, with a keen sense of business opportunities and leverage 3. Work as account/project owner of the partnership, lead contract negotiation, align with internal and external teams to execute the business partnership 4. Understand the needs of overseas markets, actively expand new channels, and develop business growth plans; identify potential problems, risks, and drive deals to execution
1. Assist in implementing the Choice business strategies, standards, and SOPs formulated by the regional team to ensure that local business operations follow the established directions. 2. Establish good cooperative relationships with local suppliers and partners, expand business resources, and promote the continuous development of the business. 3. Serve as a communication bridge between the local team and the regional team, and accurately and promptly convey the needs and information of both sides to ensure efficient and smooth business collaboration. 4. Collaborate with and track the local BD and buyer teams in the daily operation and management of the local product inventory, including tasks such as product listing, inventory control, and price adjustment, to improve the sales performance of local products. 5. Handle various problems and emergencies that arise during the implementation of local business, coordinate resources from all parties to solve them, and maintain the continuous operation of the business. 6. Participate in formulating marketing activity plans for the local market, integrating regional strategies with local characteristics to enhance the market competitiveness of the business.
