- Business expansion and supply acquisition efforts in the US, familiar with trends in local markets and the supply source/ flow, especially in the sneaker/fashion industry. - Collaboration with cross functional departments on promotional and marketing activities - Conduct weekly data analysis on the sales and inventory of each category/ brand/ SKU's, forecast and optimize sales, drive the matching of product supply and sales; - Daily business metrics monitoring and communication of vendors, data analysis, coordination of marketing activity resources, price negotiation, and driving vendors to achieve revenue growth; - Cultivate the growth of vendors through systematic methods such as products preparation/ platform understanding/ training, and maximize the capabilities of vendors - Target, plan, strategize supply acquisition based on buy side demand of brands and categories - Weekly/ Monthly/ Quarterly/ Annual Business Reviews to formulate strategy of the business - Sellers' daily order fulfillment performance follow-up and problem solving - Achieve targets as assigned

Drive strategies that maximize ROI and ensure sustainable expansion. - Regulatory Compliance & Localization: Stay abreast of regulatory changes and industry standards, designing compliant solutions tailored to the market’s legal, privacy, and data security requirements. - Data-Driven Decision Making: Harness data insights to inform strategic decisions, validate business hypotheses, and optimize resource allocation for maximum efficiency. - Executive Engagement: Build and maintain C-level relationships, demonstrating thought leadership and negotiating high-value partnerships. - Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive cross-functional teams to execute projects efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and successful implementation of business strategies.

- Responsible for the expansion of Islamic finance credit products in Malaysia, with primary focus on Sharia-compliant financing solutions including SME financing, personal financing, and consumer credit products, alongside corporate financing and supply chain finance solutions. - Conduct market research and business development for Islamic financial products, ensuring full compliance with Sharia law and Malaysian regulatory requirements while designing competitive commercial strategies. - Drive partnerships with local Islamic financial institutions and stakeholders to establish market presence and achieve sustainable business growth in Malaysia and the global Islamic finance sector.
