工作职责
• Reliably produce high-quality look and feel 3D Environment with exceptional visual representation, executing tasks independently and constantly raising or redefining standards • Create high-quality stylized 3D Environment assets from concept to in-engine implementation, aligned with the creative direction. • Help guide the look and feel of 3D assets ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage • Influence level and 3D asset creation pipeline with your understanding of optimization to take into account efficiency and cross dependencies • Work with various materials from hand painted diffuse to PBR workflows • Proficient in lighting techniques and the aesthetics of light and shadow. • Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while taking into account technical and design constraints such as draw calls, poly counts, texture memory limits, and gameplay boundaries • Communicate with various other disciplines to ensure all assets are performant • Help guide and mentor members of the team • Solve complex production challenges, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and ensure all assets meet the project's vision and creative direction. Actively participate in optimization and iteration processes • Easily understand and clearly articulate the product’s distinctive visual style, while supporting and maintaining it • Consistently reflect and uphold company values in your work and interactions • Maintain high standards for work quality and output, while supporting team leadership in operational efforts • Assist team artists in skill development and maintain artistic consistency across the team • Help shape team initiatives and collaborate with the team to drive goal achievement • Proactively solve problems, passionately pursue creativity, and lead by example
• Lead and oversee the production of high-quality, stylized 3D character models for Brawl Stars. • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to external artists to maintain and elevate the quality of the 3D models. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the models are feasible. • Manage 3D workflows to meet production timelines and milestones, be it with internal or external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with external artists and studios, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
• Collaborate closely with our concept artist with the development of skin concepts, from initial sketches to final turnarounds. • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to external concept artists to maintain and elevate the quality of the concepts. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the concepts are feasible and aligned with the game’s mechanics and story. • Manage concept art workflows to meet production timelines and milestones, be it with internal or external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with external artists and studios, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
• Ideate and create character concepts towards the creative vision • Communicate characters personalities and emotions through the character design • Discover and incorporate interesting trends and non-traditional reference • Craft detailed concept art for production artists • Continuously deliver high quality concept assets that fulfill the requirements of the project’s game and visual design • Collaborate with with artists on the team by providing and receiving creative/team feedback • Work closely with 3D Artists to ensure concepts are smoothly translated into the production stage • Continuously seek out and apply diverse references and visual inspirations to keep designs fresh and engaging • Understand League of Legends characters and recognize opportunities to enhance champion expression • Understand and clearly articulate the product’s unique visual style, while supporting and maintaining that style • Consistently embody and practice company values in both work and collaboration. • Support team leadership in operational tasks while maintaining high standards of work quality • Assist in developing the skills of team artists, ensuring consistency of artistic style across the team’s work • Contribute to setting and advancing team goals, helping the team achieve key objectives • Proactively solve problems, pursue creativity with passion, and lead by example • Mentor artists in their craft • Meet project deadlines in a timely manner without compromising artistic integrity
• Develop a scalable 3D reconstruction system to showcase our proficiency in autonomous simulation and training. • Engage in 3D reconstruction-related research and apply those findings in our autonomous real use cases. • Stay updated on the newest advancements in 3D reconstruction and incorporate them to improve our model and pipeline. • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to successfully implement innovative solutions. • Drive the integration of 3D reconstruction capabilities into our world-class autonomous vehicle platforms.
