• 6+ years of experience as a concept artist with a strong portfolio showcasing stylized characters • Must be a clear and concise communicator, able to deliver creative feedback and clear actionable guidance to multiple external artists. • Strong understanding of composition, color theory, and visual storytelling. • Passion for mobile games and a drive to create visually appealing content. Nice to have • Knowledge of 3D workflows is definitely a plus, since a trained eye always facilitates the transition from 2D turnaround to 3D model.

• Collaborate closely with our concept artist with the development of skin concepts, from initial sketches to final turnarounds. • Provide clear, constructive feedback and guidance to external concept artists to maintain and elevate the quality of the concepts. • Collaborate with the development team to ensure the concepts are feasible and aligned with the game’s mechanics and story. • Manage concept art workflows to meet production timelines and milestones, be it with internal or external stakeholders. • Develop and maintain relationships with external artists and studios, ensuring a productive and positive working environment.
• Manage and support the development of a small, multi-disciplinary creative team, setting clear expectations and career goals. • Drive hiring, onboarding, and performance management, with a focus on mentoring and long-term team growth. • Collaborate deeply with Tencent partners, resolving cross-team challenges, facilitating shared production pipelines, and aligning on delivery targets. This senior legal counsel is a member of the M&A legal team and will work and advise on the company’s international and domestic mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, joint ventures, investments and similar transactions. Responsibilities includes:. 1.Drafting, reviewing and negotiating transaction documents, such as equity share and asset subscription/purchase agreements, partnership/LLC/shareholders agreements, investment agreements, confidentiality agreements, side letters, engagement letters, letter of intent, bid letters, transaction term sheets, etc. 2.Working closely and coordinating with the company’s M&A investment team, financial and tax teams, divisional business teams with the review, analysis, implementation and execution of transactions. 3.Managing and coordinating due diligence reviews and reviewing relevant due diligence reports. 4.Retaining, managing and liaising with outside counsels and overseeing the working products provided by outside counsels. 5.Providing legal support for post-investment company management. 6.Contributing to the various internal knowledge management initiatives, including a precedent document database, template agreements, presentations and training initiatives.
