• Develop a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Moments and Gameplay Workstreams, achieving both player and business impact. • Translate product strategy into actionable plans and execution frameworks—setting clear goals, success metrics, and delivery milestones to ensure strategy is realized in live player experiences • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive player growth by developing core gameplay capabilities, including Summoner’s Rift and Rotating Game Modes. • Orchestrate across product owners and workstreams to deliver cohesive player high-impact login moments and engagement beats that maximize impact. • Partner with design, creative, production, insights, and publishing to create impactful features, fostering a learning-centric culture that reduces risk and improves decision-making over time. • Coach and mentor other Game PMs to strengthen product craft, decision-making, and player empathy across the team.
Key Responsibilities: Team Building & Leadership • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive player growth by developing core publishing capabilities in performance marketing, channel strategy, lifecycle product features. • Lead, mentor, and support the career growth of your team while ensuring their work meets expected quality bars and discipline standards. • Champion cross-discipline collaboration with Game Dev, Publishing, and Shared Services partners to deliver integrated, high-value outcomes for players. International Publishing PM • Partner with Regional Publishing Product Leads (RPPLs) to shape market strategies, business reviews, and cross-regional initiatives. • Act as the connective tissue between regions and global publishing, ensuring alignment, scaling best practices, and driving operational excellence. • Hold teams accountable to clear win conditions and ensure regional plans complement global campaigns while unlocking authentic local player engagement. IP / Brand Partnerships • Drive the strategy and execution of global brand and IP partnerships that elevate the Wild Rift player experience. • Serve as the primary deal owner for external collaborations, from sourcing through execution. • Work cross-functionally with Partnerships, Development, Brand, Creative, and regional teams (including Tencent) to align opportunities, ensure seamless execution, and maximize impact. Collaborate with Game Teams • Serve as a key publishing voice in game strategy discussions, ensuring that publishing insights are integrated into the broader game roadmap • Be a core contributor to Wild Rift’s key moments strategy, defining and delivering high-impact login moments and engagement beats for players worldwide. • Partner with Insights & Research teams to define publishing insights needs, with a focus on performance marketing and audience understanding to strengthen growth and lifecycle management.
• Define and exemplify production standards for Wild Rift at the Shanghai Studio, focusing on delivery excellence, adherence to Riot’s values, and team health. • Provide transparent updates on the production pipeline's status and health, identifying potential risks and coordinating stakeholder escalations. • Mentor and lead a production team capable of owning significant features for Wild Rift, incorporating strategic workforce planning and recruitment. • Develop and optimize work processes and communication channels for managing projects with remote teams in China and Riot’s Los Angeles office. • Facilitate collaboration and alignment on production schedules and priorities with Riot Los Angeles and our partners in China, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of commitments.

Brand Strategy & Vision • In partnership with Game Leadership, evolve and articulate a differentiated global brand strategy for Wild Rift across multiple platforms. • Drive long-term brand vision, objectives, and roadmapping, ensuring coherence between brand ambition and player needs. • Lead the development of culturally relevant narratives that resonate across global markets and inspire players and partners alike. Integrated Product Marketing & Campaign Excellence • Own campaign strategy, player journeys, and marketing frameworks for all global Wild Rift beats—including engagement, player sentiment, awareness, consideration, and acquisition. • Leverage insights, experimentation, and continuous optimization to elevate campaign craft and performance. • Champion cross-disciplinary collaboration with Game Development, Publishing, and Shared Services teams to deliver innovative, high-quality, and integrated player experiences. Global Publishing & Regional Partnership • Provide strategic guidance and oversight to regional publishing teams to ensure brand cohesion and impactful local executions across the globe. • Serve as the accountable leader for day-to-day partnership with Tencent (K6) as the publisher of Wild Rift in China—including alignment on brand strategy, partnership management, community communication, and cross-team coordination. • Anticipate emerging market opportunities and player needs to guide brand evolution in a dynamic global landscape. Insights, Measurement & Craft Maturity • Set top-level KPIs for marketing efforts, guide measurement plans, and collaborate with research partners to deepen understanding of current and future audiences. • Elevate the team’s ability to integrate insights, cultural analysis, and player feedback into strategies and creative development. Game Leadership Contribution • Contribute to Wild Rift’s broader game leadership discussions, helping shape long-term strategy for the game and the League of Legends ecosystem. • Advocate for player-first decision-making and cohesive storytelling across all touchpoints.
