任职要求
• 3–5 years of experience (or a PhD) in product management across games, live operations, and system/feature design, with a proven record of driving strategic impact and influence. • Passion and deep familiarity with Teamfight Tactics / FFGS and strategy games, with proven experience applying player-centric insights to drive product innovation. • Experience shipping products with cross-discipline teams, demonstrating the ability to work in fast-paced, dynamic environments. • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to partner across multiple disciplines. • Bilingual in both English and Mandarin Desired Qualifications: • Understanding of growth, retention, and mobile gaming strategies to create player value. • Ability to analyze large data sets to identify actionable insights that guide decision-making. • Strong analytical skills with experience in competitive analysis, using industry insights to inform product strategy and ensure FFGS’s market position remains strong.
工作职责
• Drive and execute on planning and multi-phase roadmap for FFGS set and mode development, ensuring alignment with TFT’s broader product goals and long-term objectives. • Influence cross-functional teams to ensure consistent, high-quality player experiences and foster alignment across product, design, insights, and technical teams toward common goals. • Drive engagement following success metrics that not only drive project success of each set/mode, but provide insights that influence team-wide strategic decisions. • Drive day to day meeting and follow-ups on set related features, patch updates and balance discussions with designers to ensure micro changes are made to improve overall FFGS players set experience • Identify cross-functional opportunities for growth and innovation within revival sets, pushing the game forward in alignment with Riot’s and TFT’s broader strategy, establishing FFGS as a pioneering product within the genre. • Work with the team and stakeholders to set measurable goals and translate them into product requirements that guide design and technical specifications. • Monitor overall game health and performance of player engagement, regularly updating stakeholders on progress and be solution oriented when needed. • Drive a culture of end-to-end ownership, ensuring that each set is delivered with accountability from concept through execution and is aligned with strategic goals.
Responsibilities: • Drive exciting new monetization strategy and content that allow players to express themselves and customize their game experience • Drive monetization related system features design and related content production with development team • Support Riot on the daily operations and production of Fight for the Golden Spatula, and work with our partners on further developing game content • Assist the production team and product managers with being involved in game production projects, improve feature landing efficiency and collaborating with partners to optimize players’ experiences • Be responsible for continuous efforts in understanding players, monitoring and analyzing in-game and around game experiences performance in FFGS • Follow closely on market trends for in-game social and growth product features, while gathering market and competitor intelligence to inform our own strategy
• Develop a deep understanding of player needs and behaviors to define and drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap for Moments and Gameplay Workstreams, achieving both player and business impact. • Translate product strategy into actionable plans and execution frameworks—setting clear goals, success metrics, and delivery milestones to ensure strategy is realized in live player experiences • Build and manage a high-performing team to drive player growth by developing core gameplay capabilities, including Summoner’s Rift and Rotating Game Modes. • Orchestrate across product owners and workstreams to deliver cohesive player high-impact login moments and engagement beats that maximize impact. • Partner with design, creative, production, insights, and publishing to create impactful features, fostering a learning-centric culture that reduces risk and improves decision-making over time. • Coach and mentor other Game PMs to strengthen product craft, decision-making, and player empathy across the team.
• Own a product space that provides LOL and TFT game developers with features they need that are specific to Tencent Regions. • Manage essential customer and partner relationships, including game teams and central platform teams that support your product space. • Create a product roadmap and manage a prioritized backlog for your product space, ensuring your team is working on the highest value work. • Actively manage project scope as a result of customer and partner feedback and ensure the product development is aligned with objectives. • Partner with your Engineering Manager peer to successfully execute projects through the development lifecycle, from discovery to release. • Develop and uphold service-level objectives and agreements for your product space, in collaboration all core customers and supporting organizations. • Partnering with the other Shanghai Tech Team leads, foster a high velocity, high performance organization.
• Define and exemplify production standards for Wild Rift at the Shanghai Studio, focusing on delivery excellence, adherence to Riot’s values, and team health. • Provide transparent updates on the production pipeline's status and health, identifying potential risks and coordinating stakeholder escalations. • Mentor and lead a production team capable of owning significant features for Wild Rift, incorporating strategic workforce planning and recruitment. • Develop and optimize work processes and communication channels for managing projects with remote teams in China and Riot’s Los Angeles office. • Facilitate collaboration and alignment on production schedules and priorities with Riot Los Angeles and our partners in China, ensuring accountability and timely delivery of commitments.
