任职要求
• 5+ years of experience in music supervision, music production, or A&R across games, entertainment, or media, with at least 1-2 years in a team leadership or people management capacity. • Strong understanding of music and culture in East and Southeast Asia, and demonstrated ability to lead music strategy for culturally diverse audiences. • Experience leading or mentoring other music professionals or cross-functional project teams. • Familiarity with music licensing, rights negotiation, and working with legal/business affairs stakeholders. • Track record of managing multiple music campaigns or initiatives simultaneously. • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across creative, technical, and executive audiences. • Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal & written). Korean or Japanese is a strong plus. • Familiarity with Western workplace tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides), Slack, DISCO, and Airtable. Desired Qualifications: • Experience working with or alongside Tencent or K6 publishing teams. • Previous experience working at a games publisher or developer, particularly in music, marketing, or campaign development. • Hands-on background in music production, songwriting, or performance. • Deep fandom or working knowledge of Riot IPs and their cultural/music identities.

• Manage and grow Riot’s music supervision presence across APAC, overseeing execution for music strategies on League of Legends, Wild Rift, VALORANT, 2XKO, and other Riot titles. • Act as a regional lead and day-to-day music partner to Riot product and publishing teams across China, Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia. • Lead creative development and execution of original score, licensed music, and artist collaborations that reflect regional cultural context and player identity. • Build, guide, and mentor a team of music supervision contributors (internal and external) in the region. • Collaborate cross-functionally with audio, creative, marketing, and game teams to align music with campaign goals and player experience. • Partner with Tencent and K6 teams in China to support music strategy, campaign approvals, and localization of music-forward assets. • Partner with RGM project managers, team coordinators, and Business Affairs to ensure regional music workstreams align with Riot Games Music’s operational standards for rights, budgeting, and production workflows. • Track music KPIs in APAC markets and iterate on creative and partnership strategy based on performance insights. • Cultivate and maintain a strong network of regional composers, artists, producers, and music agencies. • Represent the APAC music supervision POV in global RGM sync meetings, project reviews, and best practice sharing. • Manage a small team of early career creatives, consultants and coordinators based in the APAC region, mentoring them both in the craft of music supervision and executive development
Responsibility - Market Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy for the APAC market, setting clear goals and KPIs to drive brand growth and sales. - Influencer Marketing: Manage relationships with key influencers and content creators to amplify brand visibility and engagement. - Public Relations: Oversee PR initiatives, including media outreach, press releases, and partnerships, to enhance brand reputation and credibility. - Local Events: Plan and execute local events, product launches, and activations to connect with target audiences and drive brand affinity. - Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product marketing, brand management and sales teams to ensure alignment and maximize campaign impact. - Performance Tracking: Establish and track team KPIs, monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights to optimize strategies and achieve business objectives.
Responsibility - Develop and execute scalable, ROI-driven influencer marketing strategies to deliver measurable business outcomes across APAC markets. - Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with high-impact influencers and artists that resonate with our target audience and brand. - Lead end-to-end influencer campaigns, driving engagement, brand affinity, and conversion growth. - Build and manage a strategic product seeding program to amplify brand visibility through partnerships with cultural leaders, trendsetters, and key influencers. - Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance using key metrics (e.g., CPV, affiliate sales, CAC) to maximize ROI and impact. - Establish and track team KPIs, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.
• Ensure that operations in APAC meet desired performance metrics in the region • Serve as Live Operation’s primary representative • Coordinate with game publishing teams to ensure publishing efforts match product deliveries • Create program plans with cross functional teams such as creative, architecture, operations, technical teams, and leadership • Evangelize processes and delivery methodologies to ensure we accomplish our program goals • Facilitate and manage Agile project management ceremonies and processes for large or team-of-team project teams • Organize program-level planning, communication, and team member rituals • Manage risks and issues across programs and within teams • Foster transparency and predictability by building and maintaining roadmaps for assigned programs • Maintain partner relationships, providing visibility into workstreams and maintaining partner satisfaction • Collaborate with multiple operations’ leadership to ensure that our games operate at the same or better level of quality as other regions
Responsibility - PR Strategy Development: Design and implement a comprehensive PR strategy tailored to the APAC market, aligning with brand goals and regional nuances. - Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets and journalists across APAC to secure positive coverage and thought leadership opportunities. - Campaign Management: Plan and execute PR campaigns, including product launches, press releases, and media events, to drive brand awareness and engagement. - Metric-Driven Goals: Set clear, measurable PR objectives and track progress to ensure campaigns deliver tangible results. - Crisis Management: Act as the primary point of contact for media inquiries and manage any potential PR crises with professionalism and agility. - Performance Reporting: Monitor and analyze PR performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to optimize future strategies.
