Responsibilities: • Drive user research efforts on game teams in partnership with production & design • Leadership on high complexity, ambiguous problem spaces to help direct the experience of our new games, systems, and features. • Contribute at the China studio level on strategy and operations as part of the China studio insight team • Construct and perform labs, studies, and surveys - sometimes with novel or complex methodologies - designed to answer business, design, development, and usability questions • Share the results with game and China studio leadership in clear, illustrative presentations that drive meaningful change • Mentor other researchers, helping them learn from your experiences

We seek to hire a legal counsel/senior legal counsel of commercial legal who will be a key member of the growing legal team supporting AliExpress consumer facing e-commerce platform and services in the European Union, the UK and other markets, with a expected focus on certain markets (eg Eastern Europe) as well as support on certain EU-wide compliance (in particular DSA related). The attorney will be based in our Hangzhou main office or in one of our European offices (with a strong preference for Warsaw, Amsterdam or Madrid). The key areas and requirements that we are looking for are those listed below: Primary Responsibilities * Reporting to Head of Legal for Europe, AliExpress, advise on legal aspects of the platform’s international expansion of current and proposed new e-commerce offerings. * Provide advice to business teams on legal aspects of the implementation of commercial agreements, business models and strategies, business operations, marketing activities, and product offerings. * Research local laws and regulations in the local jurisdictions and manage outside counsel. * Support on regulatory enquiries and other requirements, including but not limited to Requests for Information (RFI) under the EU Digital Services Act (DSA) or other legislation. * Provide advice on platform compliance, product listing compliance, local and cross border logistics, import/export, payment acceptance, antitrust and/or unfair competition matters. * Negotiate, draft, and review contracts and commercial agreements. * Develop in-house legal tools and policies, and conduct trainings to business units.

THE ROLE This role will work as Senior role to support IT Risk and Compliance lead (China & APAC) in Information Security areas, and to effectively collaborate with stakeholders to develop policies/processes, identify issues and risks, suggesting risk remediation strategies and driving towards compliance. RESPONSIBILITIES • Develop and maintain Tesla Information Security policies, frameworks, guidance and metrics based on internal, domestic and industrial information security regulations and standards, such as ISO27001, ISO27701, NIST, etc. • Collaborate with Product owners, Engineers, and Business process owners, and system owners to ensure security process are well established and followed. • Support in cyber compliance programs including China Cybersecurity Law (CSL), China Data Security Law (DSL) and Personal Information Protection Law (PIPL) compliance. • Assist in IT Governance, Risk and Compliance team in documenting and reporting control deficiencies upon discussion with business owners, Internal Auditors and collaborate with business owners regarding recommendations to address the root cause of issues and report support implementation of management remedial actions.
