• 熟练使用Unreal Engine,有基于Unreal的美术流程经验。
• 具备优秀的沟通能力,能清晰表达抽象概念、创意方向和设计原则。
• 具备团队管理经验,能够激励、培养团队成员并推动团队持续成长。

艺术方向与探索落地
• 定义、塑造并持续迭代项目的核心视觉方向,帮助团队在探索阶段收敛风格与体验。
• 将抽象创意转化为清晰、可执行且可验证的美术目标与产出物。
• 推动多种风格探索(Style Exploration)、视觉原型(Visual Prototype)和关键体验验证。
• 与策划、叙事、程序、美术团队合作,确保视觉方向与整体游戏体验一致。
团队领导与跨团队合作
• 管理并培养多学科美术团队(概念、3D、动画、VFX、UI 等),为团队提供方向、反馈和成长路径。
• 建立安全、开放且高效的创意文化,让团队能在探索阶段保持创造力与生产力。
• 与跨职能伙伴共同解决探索过程中的模糊问题,推动关键决策落地。
R&D 阶段的流程建设与项目推动
• 建立灵活、支持快速迭代的艺术探索流程,提高试验速度与方向验证效率。
• 在信息不足的环境下进行方向判断,带领团队收敛问题并推动方案执行。
• 不断识别阻碍艺术探索的瓶颈,并协同团队快速消除障碍。
外部生产协作与资源管理
• 在需要时,与外部供应商或合作团队共同推进风格探索与内容产出。
• 与制作人、项目管理等角色合作制定资源、目标与节奏规划,确保探索与生产并行高效。
