• Produce and support region-specific, print-ready production files, working directly with vendors through proofing and production to ensure accurate execution • Apply strong design judgment to layout systems, executing, customizing, and maintaining templates and standards to support scalable production • Implement localized layouts across SKUs, identifying layout or production risks and surfacing issues early • Create and maintain production and process-related graphic documentation, including specs, diagrams, and guidelines • Diagnose and support print production issues, including alignment, bleed, trim, color accuracy, and special printing processes
1. Responsible for constructing and controlling the product design for Ant Bank and AlipayHK's financial services, developing and implementing design systems and experience standards for different sectors, including banking, funds, securities, and insurance. 2. Monitor the effectiveness and feedback of product experiences, conduct data analysis and evaluations, and continuously optimize visual strategies and creative proposals. 3. Identify product pain points through user and competitor research, and local market research, collaborating with product, technology, and operations to develop and implement new features. 4. Conduct market research and user studies to understand the culture, customer preferences, and industry development trends of the target market, formulating timely visual strategies.
• You will interact with Engineering and perform QAs to ensure quality while showing the ability to challenge design limitations. You’ll also produce visual designs and mentor others on their creation. • You will create wireframes, journey maps, and other elements to support interaction design. You’ll also begin to lead product UX improvements by creating interaction models while acting as a liaison between users and products. • You will communicate with cross-disciplinary teams across all stages of design and development. You will also tell a compelling, convincing product story to a specific audience. • You will work with creative team members, program managers, and developers to define product features. You’ll collaborate with your team to deliver product design results while also providing guidance to product designers.

Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and engineers to ensure design intent is accurately executed. 7.
