• Create high-quality, gameplay-driven animation assets that meet a high bar for responsiveness, clarity, and visual polish • Own and support player-facing animation systems, ensuring they function reliably and meet gameplay needs • Implement animations in-engine, including state machines, blending, and runtime behaviors • Collaborate with design, engineering, and technical art to ensure animations integrate effectively into gameplay • Identify and troubleshoot animation bugs, edge cases, and pipeline issues, contributing to solutions • Contribute to team animation quality through feedback, critiques, and collaboration • Support improvements to animation workflows, tools, and pipelines • Ensure animation timing and motion align with gameplay intent and player expectations

• Reliably produce high-quality look and feel 3D Environment with exceptional visual representation, executing tasks independently and constantly raising or redefining standards • Create high-quality stylized 3D Environment assets from concept to in-engine implementation, aligned with the creative direction. • Help guide the look and feel of 3D assets ranging from hard surface structures to organic foliage • Influence level and 3D asset creation pipeline with your understanding of optimization to take into account efficiency and cross dependencies • Work with various materials from hand painted diffuse to PBR workflows • Proficient in lighting techniques and the aesthetics of light and shadow. • Interpret and push concept designs to the next level while taking into account technical and design constraints such as draw calls, poly counts, texture memory limits, and gameplay boundaries • Communicate with various other disciplines to ensure all assets are performant • Help guide and mentor members of the team • Solve complex production challenges, collaborate effectively across disciplines, and ensure all assets meet the project's vision and creative direction.
