Responsibilities • Lead the end-to-end project management of art outsource, from kickoff to final delivery in collaboration with the Art Director. • Work with the Art Director to strategize around the outsourcing goal and build an actionable plan accordingly. • Maintain and expand the vendor pool, support new vendor trials with clear kick-offs, documentation, and expectations. • Develop detailed project delivery plans and track project progress, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to keep projects on track. • Manage and coordinate the daily communication and facilitate effective communication between vendors and Art Director. • Manage the feedback and approval process, ensuring clarity and constructive direction. • Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports to stakeholders. • Ensure vendors are set up with proper certification, tools, and invoicing systems, support contracts, invoices, and timecards for vendors. • Implement and optimize project management tools (e.g., Trello, Airtable) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) for the art team.

We are looking for a Tegra Diagnostic SW project manager to coordinate and complete software activities for next-generation SOC chip & products. This critical position is part of the core diagnostics team supporting all SOC chip and related products. What you’ll be doing: • Lead and track all aspects of planning and implementation for Tegra Diagnostic software, including coordinating the Tegra Diagnostic Plan of Recorder for Silicon and Platform bring-up through productization. • Partner with multi-functional engineering leads to drive technical, logistical activities, handle complex project schedules, remove roadblocks, and ensure on time delivery of hardware and system achievements. • Ensure teams deliver all required collaterals for the SW Product Lifecycle process • Act as the focal point for program execution by scheduling and leading status meetings and presenting progress, risks, and dependencies across global stakeholders • Work / partner closely with product teams to define and prioritize platform and silicon bring-up requirements.
Thermal Module Quality Engineers will be fearless leaders capable of working with multi-functional teams to identify risks, explore solutions, reach consensus and implement mitigations as quickly and efficiently as possible. You will evaluate dimensional, functional, and cosmetic challenges through statistical analyses to make data-driven decisions as well as: - Drive quality readiness at the factory for development builds and mass production. Drive all quality issues in development builds to timely closure. - Collaborate with design, engineering teams to set appropriate quality control/Inspection/metrology stations on the production line. Drive IQC, IPQC, OQC and ORT - Drive qualification efforts in a wide variety of areas such as metrology, function inspection, cosmetic during module assembly. - Perform failure analysis to understand thermal failure modes and implement preventive measures. - Lead quality related functions for a program and serve as a project manager to push efforts at supplier locations. - Write, assess, and audit validation tests both internally and at the vendors. - Drive vendor process performance improvements through objective measurements using yield gap analysis. - Drive inspection optimization
• Initiate and advance research to advance state-of-the-art in AI for Software Engineering • Collaborate across disciplines with product teams across Microsoft and Github • Stay up to date with the research literature and product advances in AI for software engineering • Collaborate with world renowned experts in programming tools and developer tools to integrate AI across software development stack for Copilot • Build and manage large-scale AI experiments and models.
Enterprise Access: 1. Study the latest EU knock-down factory investment policiesof designated global markets. 2. communicate and cooperate with EU governments to lead the knock-down factory establishment processs. Product Access: 1. Support building the database of state-of-art EU Automotive regulations, policies and taxes. 2. Forcast the trends of EU vehicle related regulations and policies, support R&D department establish product compliant solution of next generation products. 3. Communicate with EU Technical Services and related test labs to plan and coordinate local homologation and test activities. After-sales: 1. Support the communications and public relationship works about market surveillance of our products (vehicle, components) and services (AI, automated driving, data services, etc.) with local government.
